  1. I don't know about the not showing where you lie on the lightside/darkside meter. You kinda have to know what side you are on for stuff like picking force powers and such. EDIT: Also if they were to do that then they might be forced to make the lightside/darkside choice be more obvious as to which side they would pull you, which would result in unrealistic dialogue.
  2. You can fix anything with some duct tape.
  3. Well, since they have been saying that they are improving the upgrading/customization I think it would make since for them to allow a powerful Jedi to infuse an item with the power of the force. Remember the sword of Ajunta Pall? It was "tainted" with the dark side. You could either have it as an option in the customization menu (IE the workbench) or have it where when you get far enough in a certain side of the force, light or dark, your force power taints the items you're using.
  4. Actually it has been done before, but it would still be cool.
  5. You're forgetting another variable Jebus, you had the option to kill Bastila.
  6. What wise words would he have used to escape Malik's planetary bombardment? He had a broom, 'nuf said.
  7. Welcome to Star Wars, Please suspend your belief on the way in.
  8. Not to mention racking up 2,000+ posts on the official forums of a game he hates.
  9. Stop contridicting yourself hades.
  10. I'm starting to think that the MC just said he was a veteran Jedi of the Mandalorian wars because it would look good on his resume.
  11. I'm just surprised that there was only one comment on the implementation of Unarmed combat skills. I figured people would be more excited about that.
  12. Maybe he was a POW
  13. A lot of complaints seem to stem from the fact that our character is said to be a veteran of the Mandalorian wars yet he still starts out as a level 1 Jedi. I've seen many plausible explainations for this and I figured I'd put in my 2 cents on it. The main point of my theory is that the character starts as a level 1 JEDI. What happened in the first game when you're character became a Jedi? You were a level 1-8ish scoundrel/soldier/scout and a level 1 Jedi. Why couldn't this guy have fought in the Mandalorian wars as a scoundrel/soldier/scout and showed a connection to the force. The Jedi trained him and he became a level 1 Jedi. Since he became a Jedi he had to drop all his other training in order to focus on learning the force and using a lightsaber. So for all we know the guy could have been a level 10 soldier but then he was trained and became a level 1 Jedi. Just some speculation.
  14. "I hate you" *WACK* "I hate sticks" *WACK* "I hate the world" *WACK* "I hate life" *WACK* "I hate this game" *WACK* "I hate...." And so on and so on. Kinda like that Nibbler guy from Baldurs Gate who kept talking to you.
  15. It's a Pen and Paper RPG, I doubt you'd like it considering your stand on books.
  16. That would be cool to have the bounties locked up on your ship. You go back to the bounty office and tell him you have a bounty in your ship and then when you return you see a couple of armed guards pushing him out in a Hannibal Lector getup, face mask and all.
  17. Actually, there was hardly a gap, for nearly every action that would get you darkside points there was nearly always a choice that got you lightside points.
  18. I think we figured that "Ender Wiggin" B)
  19. Well, the only books by him that I have read would be the Ender's Game series. The first one was an amazing book and I loved it, especially that twist at the end, but then the rest of the series was merely average imo. I've reread the first book of the series, "Ender's Game", around 4 times but I've never touched any of the other books since the first reading.
  20. What would be interesting is if you end up being hunted by HK-47. Maybe Revan could send him after you, he is an assassin droid after all.
  21. They sleep whenever you leave with two other people. Do the math. 10 NPC's total including you. You and 2 other NPC's leave. 7 NPC's left 6 beds 6 sleep while the last one keeps watch for you so he/she can immediately wake the others. Someday I'll catch them napping, someday.... Just like that stupid light in the refrigerator.
  22. Actually, if you put the Torment cds on you're harddrive then change the game's INI file you can play it all the way through without ever switching disks...
  23. Or perhaps the Mooninites... Ignignokt: Hello, Carl, I am Ignignokt, and this is Err. Err: I am Err! Ignignokt: We are Mooninites from the inner core of the Moon. Err: You said it right! Ignignokt: Our race is hundreds of years beyond yours. Err: Man, you hear what he's sayin'? Ignignokt: Some would say that the Earth is *our* moon. Err: *We're* the Moon! Ignignokt: But that would belittle the name of our Moon, which is the Moon. Err: Point is, we're at the center, not you! And who could forget this? Ignignokt: You and your third dimension. Frylock: What about it? Ignignokt: Oh nothing, it's cute. We have five. Err: Th-thousand. Ignignokt: Yes, five thousand. Eer: Don't question it! Frylock: Oh yeah? Well, I only see two. Ignignokt: Well that sounds like a personal problem. Or perhaps this? Ignignokt: Using a key to gouge expletives on another's vehicle is a sign of trust and friendship. Better yet, scrap KOTOR 2 and just make a Mooninite game. B)
  24. It's not a matter of if they ban you hades, but when. Watch your back man, they're closing in. B)
  25. I hope it's not the guy in the mask. I always hate when games do that. I want it to surprise, hopefully it's someone who they wont reveal until they release the game.
