  1. One more question to add. Are you going to have more quests that involve more than one planet? Sorta like the genoharraden assassination quests.
  2. Nice to see they're giving the dark side some love B)
  3. Perhaps we could recruit a Sith Jedi, someone like Master Uthar. He was a cool guy.
  4. Are you doing anything to make space travel more interesting? It felt like a great change of pace when the Leviathan took you prisoner since space was just something between point A and B before. Perhaps we could be boarded by pirate's or fight smugglers, anything to make space travel more interesting. EDIT: Maybe you could do something like Fallout's Special encounters in the middle of the wasteland. That might give us an incentive to spend a bit more time flying around if we could find stuff like ancient satellites, ships, or asteroids with alien technology on them.
  5. Perhaps the Jedi on Dantooine constructed some kind of bomb shelter underground or something.
  6. That's all I need, open up KOTOR 2 for the first time and have to sit there through an unskippable cinematic of T3 sitting there beeping with subtitles translating what he says.
  7. Basically what I'm saying is rather than simply killing everyone who doesn't agree with you when you could instead turn them to your side and use them for other purposes. Bastila said it herself, "What better weapon is there than to turn an enemy to your side?"
  8. Will we be able to force choke our fellow NPC's if they were to say, question our orders?
  9. HK-47, meatbags...
  10. They could have some special fights in the arena. Stuff like swords only, ranged weapons only, and maybe even a fight where you aren't allowed any weapons, call it boxing, if you will.
  11. Does an NPC's opinion of you change according to how you treat him/her? In the original game I could be a jerk to everybody and they all acted like I was going through a phase and ignored it. Since you mentioned that you're effect on someones dark/light meter was determined by your standing with them would mean that I, as a dark Sith perhaps, could make an NPC go toward the lightside by making them oppose me?
  12. Revan: You are Revan PC: But, uh, you're Revan Revan: But I am you PC looks around the room and realizes he's alone.
  13. Spoilers here if you haven't finished Kotor 1 (like there's someone here who hasn't ) I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with the way evil was handled in Kotor 1 and I've seen plenty of posts from other people that seem to agree with me. My character seemed more like Malak than Revan. I felt more like a stupid brute rather than the master tactician that won the Mandalorian wars. The only Dark dialogue choice that fit my idea of what an evil, intelligent, and subtle Sith might do would be when you can encourage Zaalbar to kill the slavers who put the Wookie down. That's my idea of a Dark Lord. He would only resort to killing someone himself when he had no other choice instead prefering to subtly control others to carry out his wishes. I mean what's more evil, killing someone or getting they're best friend to kill them? Obviously the latter, since it might also gain you an ally that you can use to further carry out your goals. Not only that, but you could also betray said friend by going to the authorities. It's more evil to mess with people heads to use them than to outright kill them. Why do something yourself when someone else can do it just as well? I really hope the dark side is better concieved in the sequel.
  14. You probably won't be fighting enemies that you greatly outclass, or at least not often. Its better than random dismemberment, but I think the dev's time would be better spent elsewhere. I'm not really to keen on dismemberment myself, I was just thinking of a way to implement it for the people who want it without having to drastically change the code. Also, if the enemies are anything like they were in the original then we will be fighting many enemies lower than us that we outclass. By the end of the first game I found myself insta-killing maybe 1 out of 3 enemies. But, hopefully they'll fix that so the game is possibly *GASP* challenging.
  15. I'd love to be able to use the force to fling things at opponents. You get attacked by 2 soldiers, you kill one then use the force to fling his body at the other one, knocking him down.
  16. They could do it like Fallout's critical hits animations. Think about it: Random Sith Soldier : 50 hp You (high level character perhaps) hit him for 70 hp, basically insta-killing him Since you're attack was overkill they could show some kind of cool death animation where his body falls in half or his arm falls off. It wouldn't really have an affect on the gameplay but it would show that he was pretty much outclassed and decimated.
