  1. After completing the quests, head back to the Ebon Hawk. You should encounter the Red Eclipse there.
  2. In the female ending, after talking to Atris, Kreia exits her chamber and tells the Handmaidens, "Your mistress has much to share with you." After that, they run into the chamber and are never seen again. Neither are their corpses. What is this supposed to mean?
  3. I'm currently playing with a Guardian/Watchman. Guardian mostly because I found the game too difficult in the beginning for a Consular or Sentinel, and in the end, it's easy regardless of the class, even a Guardian/Weapon Master has no trouble destroying all these Sith on Malachor with the Force. A Watchman, however, offers the best roleplaying capabilities due to the number of skill points available.
  4. USM rebalanced Nihilus, and that was pissing me off. He is rather prone to normal attacks and Force powers, but quite vulnerable to Throw Lightsaber. This is how I defeated him, Visas was throwing a lightsaber at Nihilus while he was preoccupied with Exile and Mandalore.
  5. But since we have no idea what Obsidian meant, we must presume that they were distinct. Similarly, if in KOTOR I there was no direct revelation that the PC is Revan (only hints, like those shown in the flashback, about the Council muttering how you are a "special case"), and if the PC was never addressed as Revan, we would have to presume otherwise - that the PC is not Revan, but actually a Republic soldier from Deralia, because we don't have a crystal ball and cannot decide for the developers. Maybe they later decide to scratch this idea. Provided how many much uglier retcons we already have, it would be hardly surprising. Another example. Even though it was blatantly obvious that Darth Sidious was Palpatine, the Databank didn't mention that after ROTS. Before ROTS, the Databank entry on Darth Sidious said, "Homeworld: Unknown. Species: Unknown." because there still was some possibility, albeit dismal, that Lucas would make Darth Sidious someone else than Palpatine. Maybe an evil Palpatine look-alike manipulating the honest Chancellor, I don't know. In case of Kreia and Kae, it's much less obvious, and the possibility of them being not the same is much, much greater. So, until an official source says, "Kreia is Kae" or "Kreia is not Kae", we have to presume the latter and treat them as two distinct persona. Besides, fan polls do decide one thing: how many fans will be satisfied or disssatisfied with a certain decision. In this case, we see that in general, it will be easier for fans to accept that Kreia was not Kae than that she was.
  6. Exactly. What was wrong with Peragus was that all your trips prior to the Harbinger's arrival are rendered irrelevant. You could just as well sit at the starting point with Kreia and Atton. The only plot-important element these levels brought was the sonic sensor, but the quests where it was important later in the game were cut anyway.
  7. Echani is not a species. They are a human race. And there is no confirmation that Atris is an Echani, and I doubt it, since they don't usually become Jedi. While Kreia and Kae may be the same person, the consensus seems to be that they are not. Search the forum for more details (and a closed poll).
  8. There are several mods. I like the Remote Influence mod, although it only allows you to see the influence values on the Ebon Hawk.
  9. One more, shamelessly stolen from you know what... [At the Ebon Hawk control panel] Exile: Atton, how do you type with weapons in your hands? [Atton turns around and pierces Exile with a lightsaber. Monitors all around the ship flash: "LIGHTSABERED!!"]
  10. Bastila: If you ever find Revan, please ask him to return to the Republic. Our destinies are intertwined, and I cannot lose him. And I cannot forget him. Ever. Exile: As you wish, Master Onasi.
  11. It is... different, it has been some time. *looks around* Though Battlewookiee will probably lock it... I'll still try to revive the old thread. [On the Ravager] Visas: I have to see, with the Force, and my eyes. Exile: Eyes? [rolls eyes] [For you Equilibrium fans...] Kreia: Exile, Sion's job was simple - to make you feel like you've won, to make you feel safe... And now you, the supposed savior of the Jedi Order, are now its destroyer - and along with them, you have given me yourself... calmly... coolly... entirely without incident. Exile: No. [Malachor begins to collapse] Exile: Not without incident. HK-47: You have already broken your behavioral inhibitors. You simply have not become aware of it. T3-M4: Dee-deet? HK-47: You may act in whatever manner you choose. T3-M4: Dwooooooo.... bree-dee... deet? HK-47: No, there is nothing preventing you from entering the main hold and indiscriminately firing on the master's companions with your stun ray.
  12. Correct, Yoda's grammar is. When into Russian translated, at least.
  13. Well, it's simple: you take a line from a KOTOR game (preferrably K2, I believe, since this is the K2 forum) and replace some words with "pants". For example (an obvious and not so funny example): Exile: My pants were... taken from me, by the council. Exiles aren't allowed to keep their pants.
  14. Danger! The above post may contain plot assumptions that do not conform to the gender neutrality policy. Please see the relevant discussion on the Talk page.
  15. http://starwars.wikicities.com/wiki/G0-T0
  16. I don't hate anything about Malak. Well, maybe that silly laugter and arrogance when he was the Dark Lord, but overall he is... ...so cute!!!
  17. If you don't loot the museum, Talia will still give you the artifacts from it. They include an Ossus Keeper Robe and a viridian crystal. To get a silver crystal, I just kept reloading until I got one from Jorran.
  18. Never trust a Jedis with bad grammars... (Voted for Jar Jar.)
  19. It's only Disciple who misspells it. Carrying weapons does mean something. If you carry a lightsaber, the people on Korriban recognize you as a Jedi, otherwise they don't. Why is Bastila immune to lightsaber identification? Even if the regular Sith on Taris didn't know how important she was, they should have known that no Jedi should ever be on a Sith-occupied planet. Then they should have been trapped for three years there, with no supplies. Did the Force sustain them? Now, other questions: * Why does Canderous stay with you after landing on Dantooine? He agreed to collaborate with the party to get off Taris, but that was it. * If the ruins on Dantooine are so close to the Enclave, why has nobody touched them before? Well, I recognize that the Jedi were probably not allowed to (why?), but others shouldn't have had any problems with at least talking to the droid.
  20. Neither do I. I doubt Revan even remembered the Exile...
  21. Actually, you see what's under her veil. But not in the game.
  22. Well, there was clearly more than one - after all, it says "fleet" in the opening crawl. What bugs me, however, is the fact that the Sith in the room next to Carth's never made an attempt to attack him. Another one is that the Vulkars - like the Sith - didn't realize Bastila was a Jedi, despite having recovered her lightsaber and brought it to the swoop track.
  23. Now that Bastila is the obvious winner of the "favorite K1 character" poll and Visas is the winner of the "favorite K2 character" poll (although not quite so obvious), I thought it would be a good idea to actually make a poll for the two of them. (Well, perhaps Bastila will win, but it wasn't so obvious on a Russian forum, where Bastila had only a short advantage over one or two votes.)
