I heard it's just a rumor. The rumored lines do exist, but they seem to be cut content, not appearing regardless of whether you beat the game as LS and DS or not. The lines are: 1. 2.
-
Be objective. For that vast a universe, the number of inconsistencies is surprisingly low. And EU canon is relevant unless Lucas himself would direct KOTOR the movie (which is as realistic as the end of the world happening tomorrow).Actually, Exile's canonical gender and alignment are unknown, and Leland Chee is pushing for LSF. Revan is LSM, though.

Perhaps it's time to create a thread dedicated to origins of names. I'll do it right now.

With a rotten face?Interesting that Bastila is the only playable character whose face still looks normal when she goes DS.

I agree. I think it was meant to show us that all are equal in death, even the most powerful Sith Lords. An idea that was also alluded in Ludo Kressh's tomb.

KOTOR Time Line Or NJO Time Line?
Sikon replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Luke is a deus ex machina. I don't want to see him killed, though, and I'm glad that Lucas didn't permit them to kill Luke. Although Lucas most be cut off from the Force for killing Anakin Solo, such a promising figure... instead of whom, we get rather boring Jacen. I'd just like to see Luke die of old age. Maybe not even see, just mentioning it is enough. -
Do You Think The Exile Would Be With Revan?
Sikon replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Revan is not you. Revan is a memory-wiped Jedi-turned-Dark Lord of the Sith-turned-Jedi. Exile is not you, either, but at least their backstory is less predefined and KOTOR II gives the player more freedom in choosing their past. In KOTOR III, I want a character without a backstory. Someone whom I, not the developers, could define. -
Well, since Nihilus is male and Exile can be female, I doubt it.
-
Why would female Revan hide the fact she's a woman? Especially in SW, where the genders are equal. Don't quite understand the logic. And yes, I agree that both Mical and Brianna should be in Exile's party in the canonical story. Although I hope Leland Chee will sucessfully "push" for the female Exile.
-
I think the answer is 99% yes, unless LucasArts will make the really lame decision to resurrect him. I think, however, that even they are wise enough not to do this. "A man, nothing more". For me, this is sufficient. I doubt Exile even knew the man that would become Darth Nihilus.

KOTOR Time Line Or NJO Time Line?
Sikon replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Jerec, Desann and Tavion weren't Sith Lords. There were no Sith Lords after Vader and (cloned? lame, lame) Sidious, with the possible exception of Lumiya. Although I really doubt she was one. -
"You have left me an opening!" - if only for the amount of speculation around this one. Probably the developers shouldn't have created such ambiguous quotes.

KOTOR Time Line Or NJO Time Line?
Sikon replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
NJO is just a mess, methinks. These constant relocations of the Order, reforms of the government, ugly retcons, boring villains etc. Although the retcon part can be applied to the KOTOR era too, with the exception that KOTOR games usually introduce retcons, not suffer from them. -
They used the same model for Kreia/Traya in the movie and in the final battle. Yes, this is technically just a mistake.
-
Yet another useless poll... I think the winner is obvious, but I want to see how the votes will be distributed.
-
I would appreciate a KOTOR TV series, if only for continuity's sake. Ending these debates whether Revan/Exile did or didn't a particular thing once and for all.

Sacrificing Visas, Turning Mira To A Jedi
Sikon replied to darthjardon's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
You can turn Mira into a Jedi through nothing but conversation (it won't work with Atton or Bao-Dur, though). You need about 12 Awareness, though. Simply talk to her about everything (be sure to pick LS options), and after that, an "Awareness" branch will appear when you ask her about her life during the Mandalorian Wars. Use it and make her argue with you. She will abrupt conversation, talk to her again and apologize. You should now have enough influence for her to accept your help in learning to hear the Force (in the "Like Nar Shaddaa?" branch). After that, take her to Nar Shaddaa, to the place near the central pit where Kreia talks to you about the Force. -
Well, I don't take HK-47 to Onderon, since it's basically the only place where you can increase influence on G0-T0 without getting DS points. And by taking G0-T0 to Onderon, you can avoid the fight with the second wave of mercenaries (if you do want a fight to get the visa and don't want DS points for provoking them, simply enter solo mode and approach them alone while G0-T0 is floating far away).

He also added: "I am pleased that this does not seem to be the case with your current entourage." So am I. Another favorite from HK: "Statement: Apathy is death." (in the Korriban tomb, the manner in which he pronounces it is indescribable). My favorite Kreia quotes: - "Let me show you—you, who have forever seen the galaxy through the Force. See it through the eyes of the exile." - "Never doubt what you have done. All your decisions have brought you to this point." - "It is such a quiet thing, to fall. But far more terrible is to admit it." And of course, the eternal pun on BioWare: - "Perhaps you were expecting some surprise, for me to reveal a secret that had eluded you, something that would change your perspective of events, shatter you to your core. There is no great revelation, no great secret. There is only you."
-
Well, it may be classic in the U.S., but I bet it's completely unknown in Russia. What's the idea in relation to HK and the Pacifist Package?

What is "Jekyl + Hyde"?

Can Disciple become jedi if you play DS?
Sikon replied to wisprette's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
You can get all the influence you need by just picking LS options in conversation with him after you get him into the party. No need to even have him leave the Ebon Hawk. Alternatively, you can drop his influence to the lowest possible level, then he will turn into a Jedi, although he will stay LS. See this topic. -
Well, here's the question: did the Pacifist Package really cause HK-47 to respect life and peace, or was he just toying with Exile?

Which Jedi Master least deserved their fate?
Sikon replied to Sikon's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Vandar is dead. To me, Vrook always said: "...Including Master Zhar. Master Vandar." Nothing about Dorak.
