  1. Like they say in those gum commercials, double the pleasure.
  2. Man, that's terrible. My sympathies. I know nothing can get rid of the pain, having experienced death before. But I hope the grief doesn't overwhelm you to the point you can't carry on. Best of luck to you and your family.
  3. ...who's not here. But I have faith he'll show up. He's probably still recovering from the hangover.
  4. Happy birthday, oh wise one. So, what are (or what were) your plans for the big day? And please tell me it involves beer and b00bies.
  5. ...Eru and Sucky make crappy PI's.
  6. I know, that's another gripe I have with the game. There's also those unique jumps as well, which gave me a lot of trouble in Vice City. And yes, it is ridiculous: 100 tags, 50 oysters, 50 horshoes, 70 unique jumps, etc. The only thing I've completed so far are the 100 tags. It's a great game and all, it just has all these minor annoyances that keep it from being perfect IMO. Anyway, you could try downloading printing maps off the internet if you really want those rewards. Just go to the google image search and try something like San Andreas +tags or whatever you're looking for. That is if you want to go through the trouble.
  7. Dude, that movie made me want to go out and buy some My Dinner With Andre action figures.
  8. But you are reading subtitles or worse, watching a dubbed version. Even people watched the film in Mandarin thought it was way funnier in Cantonese since Chow's delivery in Cantonese is his bread and butter. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Saw the dubbed version first, didn't like it much. Saw the subtitled version, liked it better. Maybe you should teach me Cantonese so I can enjoy the movie to its fullest.
  9. Whoever designed the road system in GTA: SA deserves to be shot. And seriously, what the f**k is up with these missions? Vice City did it right: for every mission, you always got something in return - mostly money. In San Andreas, you have all these missions where all you get is a measly amount of respect at the end. I don't care about respect, I want $$$. And I've just done a couple missions where I've gotten nothing, not even any respect, as reward. That, IMO, is just stupid squared. I could have my character earn more money by just beating random people in the street and collecting their pocket change. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was, but it's a pretty damn bad one.
  10. Kung Fu Hustle Meh. It was okay. Wasn't really that funny. The fight scenes were alright, though a tad cheesy. Too bad real Kung fu isn't like that. I'd love to do that "Buddhist Palm" to some people I've met in my life.
  11. Voice of experience?
  12. Plus, AIDS only affects you if you're alive.
  13. "Burned" (Kane's theme music) and "Break it Down" (DX's theme song) off the WWE Anthology collection.
  14. Oh, yes. Then again, if you call it satisfying, I guess it doesn't take much to please you.
  15. The "ending" is about as anti-climactic as one can tolerate. <_<
  16. p0rn stars go to hell. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, they go to heaven. In fact, heaven is literally brimming with p0rn stars. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dude, if I were God I'd let them in without question.
  17. If you don't mind me saying, it looks like you're doing a rap recording.
  18. This...is my BOOMSTICK!!!
  19. Stone Temple Pilots - Plush
  20. Oh, I know everyone knows it's me. It's not as if I tried to keep it a secret. Actually, that alt was first created because I had grown a little tired of my first account name. "Mothman" sounded neat at first, but it got old after a while. "Chupacabra" sounded a little better. Or maybe it's just me, which it probably is. I just created that alt as an experiment to see if I wanted to change guises. But I decided in the end to keep my old account. There was this interesting instance where my alt got an unofficial warning for "harassing" Eddo36. But point taken, Muso.
  21. I would have - but I promised Blank a report a while ago, and it wouldn't have been fair if I didn't. Sadly, TOMBS, as many other threads before it, is dying. I am merely trying to make its last moments worthwhile.
  22. The Man Who Would be King Awesome movie. Starring mother-****ing Sean Connery and Michael Caine! The ending is almost Shakespearean too, in the sense that it's as ironic as it is tragic.
  23. The subject of this report is Blank Well, where to begin...let's start as we usually do - by seeing where he began. Blank started out, like many posters here, because of K2. As evidenced as his post below - Well, as a testament to things to come, Blank posts to make a point, and brings up God more than once. Bravo. And as any sensible person would think, he believes Visas to be the sexiest K2 character. Bravo x2. Okay, Blank is a gamer. But Blank is much more than that, as we'll soon find out. Blank, contrary to what his name might imply, is far from a blank slate. He is who he is. Thread creation: does it really matter? Who are we to judge others based on the threads they create?!! But for the sake of the report, Blank has started some rather interesting topics since his arrival. Some dealt with complex issues, like religion, others with simple things like whether bringing balance to the force is stupid or not. Yep. Intelligence? Blank is pretty dang intelligent. He's been able to illustrate his side of the issue clearly and logically numerous times. He's also been able to hold his own against many vile heretics in several religious debates! And of course, he's been able to prove many of them wrong. As for debates, Blank has pretty darn thick skin. More than once he's stated his views on a subject only to have flames doused on him, and yet he comes back for more. His thick skin and chutzpah go hand-in-hand. He isn't afraid to state his views and offend someone, and can stand up to a severe verbal beating afterward. Good for him. Blank is, as many here know, a man of the faith. He's started religious-centered threads in a very anti-religious environment. He's stood up for his faith many times before. Plus, he is one-third of the Christian Axis of Evil! Blank isn't ashamed of his Christianity, and I hope he never is. As said above, Blank can take a beating. But he can also dish it out as well. Though one might not think so at first, Blank has proven to be very witty in the past and can deliver a strong verbal thrashing of his own! When the time is right, Blank can wield his +2 sword of righteousness to smite down the heathens in his path. Amen. On top of his wit, Blank has a great sense of humor. Blank can take part in a serious discussion but can take a joke and dish out one here and there. He isn't Lou Gutman level. Whether that's a good or bad thing is debatable, but he can make funnies at any time. Sometimes making simple comments like these: Ha ha ha. Funny guy. Nobody likes a guy without a sense of humor. Thankfully, he ain't one of them. Despite being decent at dishing out verbal pain, Blank is all in all a very nice guy. He is unassuming and can show remarkable patience even in the face of outright hostility and/or stupidity. He is friendly and the reviewer has yet to seem him flame anybody in any instance. Blank seems to be the person who will gladly eat with the tax-collectors and sinners. He'll compliment anyone regardless of who they are, and will have a friendly chat with those only two threads ago he has argued with. He's gotten on people's nerves more than once, but hey, don't we all? But even still, Blank has many friends here at Obsidian and has earned the respect of others. Great job. Blank, in conclusion, is a pretty great guy. The reviewer is glad to have met him and be able to call him friend. All things considered, it is easy to see how Blank has won the hostility of some, but the friendship of many more. The reviewer hopes to continue to run into him in the future somewhere in the intraweb. Amen.
  24. You know what? Just wait your turn! When I was your age, we had to shovel through three feet of snow uphill just to get our reports! Okay, if I don't have Blank's report posted by today, it will most certainly be out tomorrow, unless my computer blows up.
  25. Where's meta when you need him?
