  1. I cannot see the description for many items in my inventory screen ( the normal inventory, not the shop). I can right click some items, but not all. It looks like I cannot right click anything in the stash or in the quick slot but I can right click everything that is equipped or in my personal inventory. If I put an item in the personal inventory or I equip it and then I put it in the quick slot or stash, I can right click it even in the stash or quick slot. Edit: In the shop, you cannot right click the items of the merchant. But if you pull them down into the trade window, you can right click them for the description while they are in the trade window of the merchant. By trade window I mean the lowest part of the shop screen when you have the items want to buy or sell and how much money goes from who to who.
  2. https://imgur.com/a/lcGhe Every time I leave the temple, after a few seconds this Mataru Warrior has a graphic effect where red flames erupt from him. There is no message in the combat log. I have no idea what this is supposed to be. Maybe it is a remain of the bug in the earlier version, where all warriors activated their stance every time you enter the area. Edit: When I activate the stances from the mercenary fighter it looks different. I guess it is another effect.
  3. https://imgur.com/a/dQqKv When you talk to somebody, you can click on the door and the party will leave the area. When the dialogue box is above a door, it can be irritating that the door symbol appears and disappears all the time while you move your mouse to the different dialogue options. While it did not happen to me, it could ruin some quests when you leave the area in the middle of a conversation. In the worst case you might be unable to finish the game. During a conversation, chosing a dialogue option and leaving the area is the only thing you can do. You cannot move to a different position, scroll the screen or interact with any other object. expected behaviour: You should not be able to leave the area during a conversation because I think it might ruin some quests. You should not see the door symbol during a conversation because it can be irritating when it pops up several times while you select your answers.
  4. update: This is true for all tooltips in conversations, such as background, race and so on. Seeing stat, skill and talent bonusses will not give you any advantage during a conversation. You have the stats, skills and talents that you have and thats it. There should be a difference between lore and game mechanics.

  6. When I started a new game, I talked with Vector at the beach. At the end of the talk I asked for supplies. In the shop screen I could not see a description of items that have an infinite amount. I could hear the scroll sound but no window opened. I could see the description of Vectors items that have a limited number when I right click them. I walked around and talked to some other villagers. When I went to Vector in his shop, I could not see the description of any of his items by right clicking, though the scroll sound is still there. In the shop screen I can see the description from all of my items by right clicking. expected behaviour: You should always see the description of an item by right clicking it.
  7. https://imgur.com/a/9jZUY https://imgur.com/a/gHeh8 While I made looked at the image of my last post, I realized that the wizard holds the rod and the grimoire in the same hand. I looked at the inventory screen and the wizard had only the rod and no grimoire was visible. I clicked on the sabres to look at the char with her weapons drawn and now she holds the rod in one hand and the grimoire in the other hand. The grimoire is also partly inside of her. Then I returned to the game and now she does not have a grimoire. Then I went back to the inventory and now she does not have a grimoire too. In the inventory when the grimoire is not there while your weapons are drawn, when you equip a different grimoire the grimoire will suddenly be visible. It looks like the grimoire is never visible in the inventory if the weapons are not drawn. In the inventory with weapons drawn, usually you can see it only with a 1h weapon equipped or when unarmed. You cannot see it when equipping a 2h weapon or dual wielding. But the rod is a 2h weapon and you can see it. (BTW whats the difference between rods, sceptres and wands that some are 1h and some are 2h?) In general, it seems very inconsistent if the grimoire is visible or not. expected behavior: It should be more consistent if the grimoire is visible or not.

This looks irritating, especially because the party members do not have this effect and look much better. Well, maybe the head of the main char (blue guy without hair) has it a little bit, but the villager looks much worse. I have a resolution of 1920*1080 and graphic settings are set to maximum.

The +1perception is irritating in this moment. While it is importent to know that this background gives this stat bonus during character creation, the information is completely useless later because you cannot change it anyway. suggestion: The stat bonus you gain by selecting a background should only be shown during character creation. It should not be shown in tooltips during normal gameplay.
  10. https://imgur.com/a/Z6cYk You can see the outlines of the legs of the mercenary priest, but the head of the mercenary rogue is invisible (the two chars on the left side) You can see the outlines of the left arm of the main char (middle) and the outline of the right leg of the mercenary fighter (right behind him). With left and right I mean my point of view, not from the characters point of view. Especially the missing head of the rogue looks strange to me. suggestion: Maybe it would look better if you can see the outlines of each individual char, not just the outline of all chars together.

  11. In german it is complicated too. There are 3 genders and the grammatical genders often have no connection to the biological gender. There are several articles who may or may not change depending on the situation. Lets say we have two ships: "Die Ziege" (the goat) and "Der Hund" (the dog). (terrible names, I know) In english it is simple: The goat fires its cannons at the dog. ( and vice versa) 1.) Die Ziege feuert ihre Kanonen auf den Hund. (Is it clear that the target is a ship?) 2.) Die Ziege feuert ihre Kanonen auf Der Hund. (The name of the shop is "Der Hund". I am not sure if names of people or objects are changed at all. 3.) Der Hund feuert seine Kanonen auf die Ziege. (In this case (and if the shooter was a neutrum) the words between the ship names change too. The next problem is that individual names of people or objects have capital letters. Should the article be written with capital letters in any case? Then it would always look like in example 2. If the article starts always with a capital letter, should we always write the name in "", like: "Die Ziege" feuert ihre Kanonen auf "Der Hund". It looks strange, but at least it is clear that one ship with that name shoots at another ship with a name. The version: 4.) Das schiff "Die Ziege" feuert seine Kanonen auf das Schiff "Der Hund". might be the best option. It does not look good, but it is correct grammar and it may be the only way that avoids a change of the words between the ship names (like example 3). PS: You might want to read Mark Twains text about the terrible german language. It is really funny.

When you put your mouse over them for the first time, the tooltip is shown above the object where the tooltip belongs too (here it is an ability, it can be a link too). Then you cannot read some parts of the tooltip. When you move the mouse away from this object and then back, the tooltip will be shown at the correct position and you can read all of it. But if you put the mouse over a different object to show a different tooltip and then you put the mouse back to the object with the long text, the tooltip will be in the wrong position again for the first time. expected behaviour: The tooltip should always be at the correct position and not only when you put your mouse over it more than once. I have a resolution of 1920 * 1080.
  13. When you create a new char, first you select a class and then you are on the screen where you select a sub class. When you are at the screen where you select the sub class, the uppermost option is chosen, there is no text at all and you cannot select the talent preview. Clicking on the uppermost option does nothing. You have to select another option first and only then you can see the description of the first option. This is not a big problem for most classes where the default option is "no sub class", but it is more importent for priests and paladins. I think there were other screens where there was no description at all when you enter a new screen and the default option is chosen. While this can be annoying, it is much better than the missing strings or wrong texts that where present in the earlier version.
  14. I have defeated the kraken. I equipped the diving helmet on my main char( the helmet you get from the girl you save from the cave with the wichts and via a stronghold adventure). Then I chose to use the hammer myself. The was game over because I failed a con check. I loaded the game, gave Eder con boosting items and let him use the hammer. He survived and I could finish WM2 with all chars alive. I also equipped the helmet on Eder, but I do not think it matters. I think when I finished an earlier version of the game, the helmet was in my inventory (not equipped) and when a char used the hammer, the slides says the char was saved by the helmet. Is the helmet supposed to save you when you destroy the eyeless? Should it matter if the helmet is in your inventory or equipped?
  15. With the new patch things have gone worse for this build. If everyone can have grazes, riposte tanks will have a harder time. But I like the changes. Grazes for everyone is better than a game where you and the enemy miss very often.
  16. good news: The update is finally here and I like the changes. bad news: I visit my parents and all I have with me is an ancient notebook. Just reading this takes forever. So I cannot play until the new year has started.

Some time ago I posted this dual wielding rogue: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/93566-class-build-the-fast-assassin-dual-wielding-rogue/ It became more of a general melee rogue guide than just a class build. Some thoughts: Right now I play the game on hard with a paladin and the story companions and most things are very easy. When you use a rogue, you should have 2 tank characters in the frot line. No need for a classical tank, just somebody in heavier armor and some health. You can skip backstab and let the rogue use a ranged weapon until it is save to go closer because the enemies attack your tanks. I made this build to create an extreme char that uses the maximum possible speed and crits. You can take a few points from dex and per and put them to mig and con if you like a more balanced char. Anyway, a dual wielding rogue will do lots of damage and get many crits, so you should use two melee weapons that cause on crit effects (stunn or prone) or are annihilating ( more crit damage) In my current game I have Eder (fighter) use dual sabres and heavy armor. He does lots of damage while being able to take a lot of hits at the same time. So if your goal is a dual wielder who does good damage while being able to take many hits as well, a fighter is a good choice. The talent "apprentice sneak attack" should be taken by any char who attacks mostly with weapons, especially if you play with a full party ( enemies will be debuffed or flanked almost all of the time).
  18. - If you have a dagger in one hand and another weapon in the other and you turn on the modal, only the dagger will do less damage while you still get the full defection bonus, right? - Can you have only one weapon modus on when you dual wield two different weapons and do their bonusses add? (like you have dagger with +deflection and sword with -deflection) - does the dagger modus stack with other deflection bonusses, like mirror image? I chose fighter because disciplined barrage is so strong (no misses and lots of crits) and they get weapon style and weapon specialisation. But paladin would also be good. Flames of devotion is a full attack and with eternal devotion you will have a burning lash afterwards. Their naturally good defenses work well with other things that buff defenses (dagger modus, mirror image). So a paladin/rogue dual wielding a larger 1h weapon + dagger might be a good riposte tank. So the only problem is to get penetration for yourself. Paladins and rogues need it for damage but unlike devoted or sharpshooter they do not get talents for it. PS: A paladin/rogue multi class feels strange for somebody who played many DnD games. Role playing wise you may be an over zealous, self rightious freak who is devoted to purge the world of all evil ( evil = everyone who has a different point of view ). Killing bad guys is easier if you backstab them before they even know you are there so rogue is your second class.

  21. Ich habe es mir von github runtergeladen und jetzt ist der ganze Text in der Datei auf deutsch. Vielleicht hatte ich nicht alle Dateien kopiert als ich das letzte Mal die Version vom Nexus holte.
  22. In der Datei sind ID17,18, 19, 23, 24, 25 und 26 auf englisch, der Rest ist deutsch.
  23. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich Version 1.0.7 von Nexus habe. Als ich weitergespielt habe nachdem Spiel Version 3.7 raus kam, kam beim ersten mal ein Fenster mit jeder Menge missing strings. (habe ich hier gepostet) Dann lub ich die neue Nexus version runter und spiele seitdem damit. Ich habe nicht viel Ahnung vom Programmieren und ich verstehe nicht einmal genau, was dieses GitHub eigentlich ist. Wenn ich auf der Seite bin, muss ich dann einfach auf download zip clicken und bekomme dann Dateien, die ich in meinen Spiel Ordner kopiere, so wie bei Nexus? Bei fast allen meinen Spielen benutze ich überhaupt keine mods, unter anderem weil ich Angst habe etwas kaputt zu machen und dann geht gar nicht mehr. Never touch a running system.

  25. https://imgur.com/a/8WMPB Ich mache Zahuas quest und bin in der LSD Vision. Ich bin am Wasserfall und hatte genug Entschlossenheit (über 18 glaube ich) um diese Option zu wählen. Alles davor und danach ist auf deutsch.
