I hope it's different than the version you see in Alita... That form is you touch somthing you gain the knowlege about that thing of everone who has ever used it. For example you touch a 12th century samurai sword you instantly know how to use it like a masta. or if you were to touch Santana's guitar you could play the all the song's he did ON THAT GUITAR! It would be great to actually be able to use this in the world but you can't so boo hoo.

Well among other things, I used to have a streak of Red running though my hair, it went from the front right to back left... To comment on the Electoral college, The smaller states like Wyoming and Rhode Island won't allow the College to be removed because that would make their possible infulence even smaller than it already is. Most people would consider this incredibly stupid but that's election politics. It gives the smaller states a slight amount of bargining power, even tho you only have to get like the 13 most populated states to vote for you and you've won... I can't believe what happened when I left!

Its based on a manga, of course mangas are just wacky. I would stay away from games based on mangas or anime ... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Generally the games suck but there are some gold Nuggets in there, DBZ Bukdokai did some stuff that's fairly new. That's the only one I can come up with, but several Japanese games have anime styled cutscenes in them (LUNAR!). I wanna see a Battle Angel Alita anime.

In the books of the EU there are several instances of a lightsaber working underwater (even the Clone Wars tv minis had underwater fights). I don't think it takes any extra modification to get it to work. Heck in one of the Zahn books he has Mara using a lightsaber underwater.
