Its based on a manga, of course mangas are just wacky. I would stay away from games based on mangas or anime ... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Generally the games suck but there are some gold Nuggets in there, DBZ Bukdokai did some stuff that's fairly new. That's the only one I can come up with, but several Japanese games have anime styled cutscenes in them (LUNAR!). I wanna see a Battle Angel Alita anime.

In the books of the EU there are several instances of a lightsaber working underwater (even the Clone Wars tv minis had underwater fights). I don't think it takes any extra modification to get it to work. Heck in one of the Zahn books he has Mara using a lightsaber underwater.

I haven't seen the movie, but considering that almost no one on the planet saw the movie, everyone seems to mock it. well, to try to get to the hall... I would like to see a few movie style saber hilts. Maybe with some newer styles based around them (like having a certain style for Duel Sabers Only). And curved hilts that sort of thing. It's kinda hard not to repeat yourself after about 6 or 7 Threads of this.... we need new blood.

I couldn't really get into them...for two major reasons. 1. A good deal of the terms are somewhat obscure, and the way sentences are structured can get overly confusing some times...at least in the versions I've had available to me. 2. They seem, to me, to lack focus...often going on about something or other that doesn't really involve anything related to the plot itself. I'd like at least some point to be there... Then again, maybe I'm reading into things too much, or just not enough. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That sounds a heck of a lot like the Three Kingdoms books (also translated under the title of Romance of the Three Kingdoms), they spend more time on family history than they do on the actual three kingdoms...

yeah, I would have liked it better if they had followed the origional storyline of hellblazer, ie new "virgin mary" is born and both sides are trying to get her to make their savior. the swamp thing ends up winning.

Not really, it looks like Constantine is getting a cult even tho it was a two star movie. People at my school who haven't even heard of Hellblazer or Sandman are into it.
