eh... basically it's the news anchor at MSNBC trying to say "John stewart is EVIL!" and his three guests say "eh... he's not so bad, at least he gets people into politics." the anchor takes three minutes to point out how venomous Stewart was to him when he was on the show.

given that kotor is so big I'd think that we would have heard news if they started development. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Half-Life was huge too. In fact, it was way bigger than both KOTORs combined. But it took us 4 years to even learn that Half-Life 2 even existed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> cept valve wasn't always hyping their "newest" thing (which k3 would be a part of)

well... aerojet gencorp (who make the saturn V rocket among other propultion systems) isn't exactly rolling in dough. Of course that may be because they have to clean up the local ground water I curse my spelling.

feng... if you lived near me I'd try to set you up with at my mc'ds .. we get away with murder in terms of coming and going and pretty much say "screw the rules"

Lackey... Exemplar/Malefactor is for the really hight levels to throttle back their powers and play as they were at X level

when you fight with sombody of a higher level (2 or higher and has to be above level 10) have him click your character in the party screen and click "sidekick". It makes you one level lower than him just without the powers.

I think mus is broken.

It does look pretty sweet... but suffers from what most games do in that once you get tanks the infantry are pretty much useless. Only problem I had in this screenie is that my base (which you can't see) I built badly so I couldn't find a place to put a tank depot so I wasn't able to use tanks... In the end Rangers with bazookas sufficed.

2 gig processor 512 ram a pixel shader 1.1 graphic card and the game requires 4 gigs or hard drive space. dang this game is hard.

Colorm is a HERO!

It's not what I expected... resourse management has been taken from warhammer except that its not just one resourse from critical locations. each location gives you a different resourse. Most of the story cutscenes have the same style of Homeworld (it looks like it's a simple animated short) including the narrator. It's interesting that they actually use the tactical map and what seems to be a grease pencil to show you your objectives and possiblities. Actually feels like your getting orders way back when. The game just took most of the stuff they learned from Relic's two strategy games (Dawn of war and Homeworld) and made a very very good game.

Company of heroes even tho it's not supposed to released for another two days... My gamestop had the collectors edition copies (I don't mind the extra ten to get it on dvd plus some extras)and when I mentioned it wasnt' supposed to be out yet they just had the little ? appear above their heads and wondered if it was street dated (like lego star wars two was... in that they can't sell it until the release date to give everyone an equal footing.

to a point city of heroes doesn't have an economy to speak of... THe only "phat Lewt" you can get is either A) bought or B) requires seventy odd members of the server with fifties to kill somthing.

City of heroes and City of villians is known primairly for it's massive lack of pvp.

I would much prefer to use portals.

your just going from the date that the game was announced on... the time it was actually worked on was much longer. If you pick six games at random from gamespot you can probably find news about those games starting a year before their release. Development would have had to go on much longer than that to actually have somthing newsworthy. And yes, Valve was working full time on HL2 for at least four years while keeping counterstrike updated.

What does that mean? Im not familiar with MMO-lingo. And what should I have chosen if I want to be a corruptor that just spams damaging things on the enemy? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> fire... and Anchoring is actually City of specific in that the Radiation secondary you have has a power that will attach to it's target and cause a significant debuff to the surrounding enemies. it also generates craploads of agro. Fire is the NUMBER ONE damaging powerset... for your secondary? Traps maybe? it's got some debuffs buffs and other tools of the trade (I think tripmine is in that one) that allow you to solo easier.
