they've cut the amount of XP to get to 60 twice (I think by 30% both times but I'm not sure) and the amount to get to 70 once (again, 30%) you accelerate up the levels so fast you won't have enough gold to get all your skills, much less your professions up.

PVE there's raids (which generally can be pretty fun if you like learning how to manipulate the AI, and learning how to kill certain bosses), and dungeons. Blizzard is constantly updating and tweaking the dungeons to make them accessible and creating new content (content patches are 3.X.Y X goes up every time a big content patch goes out, Y moves up when they're just tweaking balance and how things work). In Burning Crusade there was 3 content patches I think... well major ones. The first one unlocked Tier 6 content for players to enter (Battle for Mount Hyjal, and Black Temple), second one gave birth to Zul'Aman, and the third one added a whole new area for daily quests, and two instances (Magisters Terrace, and Sunwell Plateau). Sunwell was a raid, magisters was a 5 person dungeon. PVP side of things you could always try arenas but usually theres a favored class each tweak patch because balance is hard to pull of and keep PVE interesting enough. there are also battlegrounds and wintergrasp. Right now the raids for Wrath are a bit of a joke, Naxx is pretty easy for raiders who've done raiding before, it's meant to introduce the ideas and concepts that you need to understand to raid. Sartharion only gets hard when you leave optional bosses alive (with all three bosses alive it's INSANELY hard however) and Malygos can be pretty tough unless you are geared with stuff from naxx 25 etc.

Generic anime avatars are worse. hey hey now! I ain't generic! if anyone is generic it's you webcomic boy!

appearently in the patch for 3.1 I'm not gonna get much use out of the damage bonus because it doesn't stack with enrage. Besides I've NEVER seen anyone catch me on threat unless i get hit with a spore on Leothab early. BTW a tank doing 1800 dps is frightening (I did it on Patchwerk) Me http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.x...&n=Kithsara

the tesla bomb catches me barely. everything else I'd be able to see the fireworks from the nearest hill.

the average tank that starts in naxx needs to have at least 23000 HP unbuffed. I personally run at 27751, buffed I can get up to about 33k. Life pools start to grow pretty fast after you start getting better gear. Base I think my total hp is like 7k or something. The ultimate goal for a warrior/paladin tank is to have 30k hp base that they buff beyond. I don't know what phoenixz is specced right now, he could be a pvp build but his raiding build is pretty awesome and doesn't have him flinging threat all over the place (his threat generation is killed by 40% due to talents)

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.x...&n=phoenixz good friend who does the best dps out of anyone in his raid (except maybe his Retadin brother)

I don't know, the body starts to devour itself when left without proper nutrition. I'd guess that her eyes were something that were taken first. Or on a more freaky note, maybe she ripped them out herself so she wouldn't have to see her nightmares.

I really don't think they're doing it for the ending. The ending of the game was a lead-in to the next game. The epilogue is just an excuse to throw some more gameplay out. That'd be the best scenario. Worst case scenario is Ubisoft really wants us to pay an extra 10 bucks to see the ending. I think they've learned from their adventure and will probably make the next PoP more linear.

do you know another mongoose that can move at the speed of light? No? Then he's from the future because he's a higher evolved mongoose.
-
No not at all. I won't have internet service not even dialup, since I won't have a phone line. I'm going to assume you're going into hiding to escape a killer mongoose from the fuuuutuuuuure. That or you're being parachuted into a Pakistani tribal province carrying enough submachineguns to massage an elephant. Failing that you're coming to England so we can be married. so either she's hiding from RikiTikiTavi, or she's turning into rambo? interesting.
-
Well it looks like the 18 y/o is getting married to a 40 y/o and joining his two other wives in marital bliss... I still think she's going to find herself 2 years down the road trying to get out of the situation.

Yeah, on the second play through I actually found myself getting scared a bit more, because I knew what to look for. Also I lowered my "scare" expectations from the originals which makes it a better game. They still should have had child Alma show up to kill your squad mates etc rather than that weird tentacle thing. Also I think that Alma decides that she's gonna carry your kid when she grabs you and holds you over her head in the school (it's also the first time you see her "teenage" body that's not dessicated and missing eyes).

New avatar! From BLEACH! Kuchki Byakuya, his Zanbakto releases by disintegrating into flower blossoms... however each petal is a blade that he can use When you see it animated you'll see how powerful it actually is. mmmm chibi

I've always wondered WHY we're fighting the Akrid in Lost Planet... It sounds like "we" are the aggressors in this situation.

But from which mother? an Asarii girl from Liara, or a Human child from Ashley or a Human from Kaiden?

I've decided to change which name I'm going to go by. I'm swapping to my middle name.

I think plausibility of the party should be a concern to people. I mean I don't quite understand why people decide to follow you in half the adventures I've played. K1 I could understand Zalaabar, Bastila, Carth and HK/T3. But beyond that they all seemed to say "You've got a camera behind you, I must follow the camera!" Mass Effect had something similar with Garrus and to a degree Wrex. Garrus is following you because you can break the law without repurcussions (which would make my brain scream NO NO NO NO NO! if I were Shepard) and Wrex seems to just say "Eh, he found the evil man for me, I'll stick with him."

Do I need your permission? There's still a 20% chance ME2 might be good, and sometimes I like to talk about bad games and why they're bad, not just good ones. Except you keep saying that the same things are bad in one game and good in another when they do the EXACT SAME THING in both.

That will be true of either health system. In DX this need is fulfilled by finding or buying health, in DX3 it's fulfilled by managing to survive combat or environmental damage. Obviously you prefer the former, but that doesn't make it the better system. I feel the opposite. You keep referring to regen as "free health", but having your health regenerate is a right you earn by surviving the challenge of battle. Though exploration is something I find fun, it's not actually challenging, and as such I've done nothing to earn what I find. Like if I find 20 bucks on the sidewalk. In DX I'm going to be exploring even if the game features health kits or not, so I'm not actually doing anything extra to find them, and being that they are pretty plentiful I suppose I could refer to them as "free health". What players have to do and what they can choose to do is up to the developers and what it is they want to achieve with their game. What CrashGirl likes to do doesn't equal what the player should have to do. You know, Deus Ex actually has a pretty easy hand wave to allow for regenerating health. I mean Nanites are doing everything from letting JC breath to increasing his muscules, it'd probably be pretty standard to start putting in a regenerating set (iirc there was one in the first game anyway, it's just you didn't get it till later so early on you'd have to reload because that one gunfight went badly for you).

Restarted the Black Company again. I'd suggest you read this and others of Cooks books if you like "A Song of Ice and Fire". Cook's books aren't concerned as much with how the heads of state (and their families) are doing, but follows a company of mercs around and tells the tale from a foot soldiers view (a physician **** analyst named Croaker). Now I posted earlier (when I was reading "A fortress in shadow") that this book is VERY adult. I'm gonna say the darkest/most adult portion of the book in spoiler tags so that the kiddies don't have to read it, but they probably will because they're idiots. Anyway, the book has a lot of gallows humor and does a very good job at portraying the amount of power within a sorcerer who's supposed to be powerful. One of the most innocent and well developed characters I've ever seen in a Fantasy book appears here, her first appearance is . Yes the bad guys in that scenario do get their karma to bite them, but one of the things about this book is that most of the time the Company is WORKING for the Bad Guys. Anyway, read the review and try it yourself. You'll probably love it.

Went to a wedding, came back. thought about using my middle name rather than my first. I've never really liked my first name that much, my middle I kinda prefer.

I can see why they'd want to remove the PC from the first game. They don't want to have people running around overpowered if they carryover their save game (with all the specter specific equipment making the game a cakewalk for the old hands, and the new hands having to fight through the low levels). So they'd set it up so that you've got a new PC and a different motley crew of adventurers and you might end up having to pick up Shepard's trail and put together his investigation to keep the fight with the reapers alive.

yup, good luck and good bye for now.
