Yeah, i was so ****y, thinking, the game could not be more cheap. I used the anti - paralyze scroll and even the anti - charmed scroll against this vithrack bounty. But for some reason, paralyzed and stunned are two complete different things xD And there is nothing you can do against getting stunned or is there a item, that lowers the duration of stuns?

Main PC Paladin, because he profits from the dialogue choices you make (only other that does this is priest, if im not mistaken). Druid is pretty strong and Ranger with Stormcaller bow. Priest is always a good help, has some nasty spells. You can hire as well an rogue, but has to be ranged, best with persistence bow. Can deal quiet good amount of damage. #1 Paladin Main #2 Paladin (second tank always good) #3 Druid #4 Priest #5 Ranger

Actually i used the figurine to distract em and run in the small room. Then i faught them with fire and beat em, it was not that hard. The spiders were no problem at all, but i needed several tries for maerwald. At last, i just kitet him around and summoned my phantom and used minoletas against him. I hope it will be easier from now on ^^ I skipped the bear cave quest, the anslog compass quest and raedric's fortess. Are these quest doable? I have about 400 gold left now xD /EDIT: I did the bear cave with level 5, it was not that hard. Anslog compass is, i think, impossible. Even one of these mushrooms can really hurt you and there are four and it seems you can only separate one of em. Did the sewer in Raedrics Castle, that was not really hard. But it seems, you can not kite humans? Because they never give up following you. Is the Raedic fight possible or better side with him?

Thanks for the answers. I tend to be a wizard or a chanter. More to chanter, because i never played one in my previous group runs. Priest seems pretty good 2, but it will be definitly harder. With "Spectre" you mean the level 1 invoc "Phantom"? Which chants / invocs (not menationing the ones you allready named), are good for a solo run as well?

Would switch one rogue out for a druid (Relentless storm is good) and give the other one the bow persistence (can be found on endless paths 4). That should definitly do it. And stealth is in a party not so usefull. Some enemies like to attack your weaker backliners like trolls, shadows with teleport and pwgra. It's about your position. You can summon figurine to help you out. Or you can play Paladin / Paladin or Chanter / Druid / Priest / Ranger and Rogue

Relentless Storm is the best spell in the game. It stuns every enemy and stun does -30 DEF, -30 Reflex -4 PER / INT / DEX and allows sneak attack. Only unconcious, petrified and paralyzed are better and can be used as wizard, but petr. is single target, so RS is better and i don't know how good "call to slumber" works. At least you have a chanter for paralyze and stun, but he has to cast 3 - 4 phrases until he can use that, so the druids relentless storm is again the better option.

Paladin is the best MC, because you skill him always on high RES and there are many RES checks in dialogues. I would play paladin MC, paladin or chanter (tank build for chanter ofc) or monk, druid, priest, ranger (stormcaller build) and rogue (rogue range with persistence). Just play the game one time through on normal and you are learning enough for PotD.

Another approach is instead of going for massive CC to lock down all the enemies in order to protect the squishier classes, is to build a much more durable team that can survive in melee for a long time and grind up the enemy. A team that has 1-2 Paladins (Pellaginna does fine, possible MC Pally), 1-2 Chanters (Kana does fine, possible MC Chanter), 1-2 Monks (Zahua and MC Juggernaut or Witchdoctor), Barbarian or Rogue and a Ranger or Cipher. Basically a frontline of at least four with no more than two ranged guys. Since there are not any casters you can roll until you need to rest for health and with four front liners you can hold the injured back a bit and let the others carry the injury load more evenly. Get the Chanter Regen chants, some good DR, the Zealous Endurance aura (hit to graze helps a lot when you have high regen). A reach or ranged weapon on switch is also good in case the field is constricted. You can use a Vancian caster in one of the ranged slots as well, just try to conserve spells so that he is not controlling the rest intervals. Yeah I just started the following party, mainly just because I didn't play these classes with my first playthrough. Chanter - Tank / Summon / Support Druid - Tank / Support Priest - Tank / Support Monk - Hybrid Tank / DPS Paladin - Ranged Gunner DPS (trying this out, 3-4 gun switching, not sure how it will work out) Ranger - Ranged DPS (Stormcaller + 2 gun switches) I'm hoping this will work, it's much more durable with 5 melee including the animal companion + 2 ranged DPS. Lots of support and durability but not too much micro. They will be often in the way in narrow passages. Normally 2 tanks + pet are more than enough to block the way to your range heroes. And a paladin as range dps? I don't know if that works well. You should rather play a range rogue instead, dishes out good damage.

There are more often resolve checks in dialogues and for a paladin it is really good. INT on the other hand is not really needed until level 13 where you get sacred immolation. Culture and Background has very rare dial. checks. Stealh is nearly useless if you play in a party. Mechanic is the most usefull skill in the game, but only one character needs it. You should skill lore / athl and a bit surv. for dia. checks, but can't remember a check over 5. If you play in a party, scrolls are not really needed.

Nope. I would do the the main game, except for chapter 4 (point of no return) and then do WM 1 + 2 + Bounties + Endless Paths. If you play a ranger, you should get the stormcaller bow from WM 1, after you have done the quests in Defiance bay (except for dyrford) (if i remember correctly, i got the bow at level 8 ). If you play a range rogue, you can get persistence from Endless Paths Level 4. I think it is the best hunting bow besides the stormcaller, but rouge's can not soulbound stormcaller. I would play MC: Paladin SB of St. Elc, Paladin, Priest, Druid, Ranger and Rogue or Paladin / Monk or Paladin / Druid / Druid / Priest / Ranger. You should level up solo up to 4 (it is definitly possible) before Caed Nua and get your 5 level 3 companions at the inn (you need 3750 gold for it).

At what level you usually do the first round of bounties? I chrcked and the mobs are level 10. Also I have a couple more questions: 1- Do coordinated attacks from 2 different paladins stack? 2- Right now I feel my party is too tanky and don't do enough damage if my dps die (those damn shades) and I usually don't have enough damage to finish the fights. I have mc and Pallegina full tank, Kana tank, Griving Mother with blunderbuss, support Durance and Sagani with mostly pet talents (following the stormcaller guide). I am contemplating removing Pallegina for some more dps (something frontline), so what can be a good addition for this party to fill the lack of damage? Aloth is not an option, sacrificed that annoying bastard. 3- I am considering going to WM to grab Stormcaller so I can do more damage, lvl 8 is ok for Stalwart? Without a druid, you will get a high amount of problems. Relentless storm ist the best spell in the game and stunlocks the enemies. Without it you have much more trouble. So you should throw out Grieving Mother or Kana for Hiravias or better, create your own druid. 2 Paladin with Level 13 Sacred Immolation deal much damage and are nearly unkillable. You have to kill some ogres in stalwart, some fish guys on durgans battery and some ice trolls on the way to the bow. But with level 8 it is definitly doable.
