Whether your sessions are two hours or eight hours, there is no reason why the total play time can't be 40 hours or more.

Last I heard, Duke Nukem Forever was largely scrapped in 2003 and they started over again. And in the recent Prey press coverage, 3DRealms discusses Duke Nukem Forever as if it is practically finished.

Anything outright stated in the forum rules deserves handing out a warning, especially racism. Let me check to see if I can find any of the posts. I'd have to unignore Nur Ab Sal and pour over them again, but he made several posts stating that Jews were genocidal people who wanted to see all non-Jews dead, most evil people are white, most Jews are racist, most Americans are racist, terrorism is a justified tactic, killing innocent civilians is justifiable, etc. I reported several of these posts, and after the moderators returned from their week long July 4th vacation and started closing threads left and right, I went back to discover the posts I had reported were still there.

Random note, but Joss Whedon recently said that he is not that interested in trying to get Firefly picked up again. He is done with TV and wants to focus on movies. Next up is Wonder Woman.

Scale and graphics are nice. Gameplay is another thing. Galactic Battlegrounds was a Star Wars RTS that kept me interested for about 2 hours. It looked nice, sounded nice, and had a geek factor. Empire at War is supposed to skip the less-fun aspects of play.

Are you suggesting that women are more interested in stories than men? And I don't know that any Zelda title will really feature much of an original story. They all seem to basically tell the same story over and over again.

Is practicality an issue? The Eclipse SSD seems to be the winner for sheer size, power and impressive stature. Yet would I be required to find a crew to man it? Personally, I am a big fan of the Skipray Blastboats first mentioned in the Thrawn novels.

I've seen several posts of mine fully deleted for reasons not explained to me, and entire threads deleted, but posts that I have reported for racism (clearly against forum rules) have not been deleted. That is something I can't quite understand.

I managed to convert Bao-Dur and I never had enough influence for Atton. I somehow missed almost every opportunity to gain Atton influence it seemed.

The Way Off Topic should allow for most any post or thread, yet it doesn't. Certain topics seem to be fine to discuss, and others aren't. This has never been clearly defined. I posted an Ask Ender advice thread, which was deemed spam, even though it was always on-topic. Yet I've seen people post topics asking for advice and that isn't spam.

I've seen convincing arguements on both sides as well. And my original statement that professional experts have declared the photos to be faked still stands as being true.

Text-based adventure games like the Infocom classics were very well suited for telling stories. JRPGs are also well suited for telling stories as often they are linear, with set characters, and feature many cinematic sequences. People complain about these very features, but they allow for a controlled story.

While we may feel the questions posed are ridiculous, that is not the purview of a moderator. His questions are often on-topic and related to KOTOR. Those topics get closed because of the spam responses. Often we as posters respond with spam to intentionally derail and close threads, when we could instead opt to not respond and have those posts get buried and lost.

I agree with everything up until the very end. Good and evil are subjective views of morality, to which the Force is probably immune. The Force as a living energy field is either a by-product of nature itself, or a conscious agent of nature. As such, the Will of the Force would simply be to survive, and continue the survival of the chain that supports it. However life is a cycle, and death is a very necessary aspect of that cycle.
