Also, if I remember correctly Pyramid Head didn't appear until Silent Hill 2. Anyway, the film was decent and had some images that burned itself into my brain, but it has NOTHING on the second game, which lodged itself squarely into my subconscious and comes out to destroy me into a puddle of sweat that jumps out of bed in terror at least once per season. quite correct, and with the movie being mostly based on the first game, it really doesn't fit at all other than that though it definitely did have some memorable scenes those nurses were awesome

i had an entertaining evening finished work and then hung out with some friends and played some guitar hero then we went to the park and played around climbing trees, tumbling around, playing on the slack line, firespinning, and playing accordian and violin

in the game he's pretty much the embodiment of the protagonist's masochistic desires but in the movie he's pretty much just a token iconic character that does not fit in with the story at all

silent hill for a video game movie it wasn't all that bad, though it made absolutely no sense for Pyramid Head to be in it...

more and more guitar hero (world tour and metallica) until about a week ago i'd only ever played it once, and now i'm stuffing round playing most songs on expert on guitar and bass

Snake River Conspiracy are awesome That cover of Lovesong is one of the best covers i've ever heard, along with Bauhaus' cover of Ziggy Stardust at the moment i'm listening to Ladytron - Destroy Everything You Touch but now i think i'll go listen to Snake River Conspiracy

last night i went to see Amanda Palmer (from The Dresden Dolls) play it was really cool. she started off with a cover of Radiohead's Fake Plastic Trees on the ukelele, and in between songs was chatting with the crowd the only downside was that it was really crowded and really hot inside, and a friend of mine who's quite petite ended up passing out from the heat and got carried outside. she was really annoyed with herself and quite upset because she really loves Amanda Palmer, so i waited around after the show and met Amanda and got her to write a little note for my friend

oh i am amused my douchebag of a flatmate just sent me a txt saying he's got a new girlfriend and said i may know her. turns out, yeah i know her. within 10mins of meeting her she was on my lap with her tongue in my ear. really wasn't interested, and ever since then everytime i've seen her at parties she's followed me round all damn night. what's even funnier is the fact that she's only 17, and my flatmate is 33. oh and the fact that she already has a boyfriend i should start taking bets to see how quickly this is all gonna go horribly wrong

so this girl is leaving the country early tomorrow morning the past few days have been pretty damn awesome, but tonight is going to be our last night together - and quite possibly we'll never see eachother ever again

i need to rewind to last night to see how the hell i managed it so there's this girl from overseas i've known for a couple of months and quite like i never did anything about it as i know she's leaving in like 2 days so last night i meet up with her for a coffee thinking it'd be the last time i ever see her woke up in bed with her this morning, and apparently we're spending what time she has left in the country together what did i do?! i must take notes!
