okay so my friend's relationship was over quicker than i expected i had a talk to her about the whole situation a few nights ago to try and clear some things up, and the very next day they broke up and she came to stay at my place i think she just needs to figure out what she wants

apparently i've been quite an idiot as i mentioned a few days ago, i have a friend who was really close, up until last week sometime when all of a sudden she got a boyfriend and stopped talking to me it would appear that all along she was interested in me and was waiting for me to make a move, and her getting a boyfriend was just her getting frustrated and giving up on me i hate to be callous, but from what i've seen of them together they really aren't going to last long at all she's started talking to me again too, and she really doesn't seem very happy at all with her current situation i'm really not sure what the hell to do...

argh just got a txt asking if i could come and model for an alternative fashion show thingy tonight normally i wouldn't mind, but if i'd said yes i would've had to meet them for rehearsals in like half an hour, and i'm still at work

I hope things get better for you. heh well incidentally i did end up going to the flatwarming thingy, and met my friend's incredibly hot new flatmate definitely some chemistry there, despite me being in a very odd mood all day and being very jumpy and confused i didn't pursue anything with her, and i don't really plan to in future, but it's nice to know that it's there

the last couple of days have been pretty damn **** things at home have just been getting worse and worse, and the flat i was soon to be moving in to may not be available anymore. i've been spending so much time lately with this girl and we'd gotten really close. everyone seemed to think it was rather inevitable that we'd end up together, then completely out of the blue the other day she tells my little sister (well, not really my sister, but may as well be) that she has a boyfriend. since then she hasn't spoken a word to me work has been stressing me out too, and i've barely slept for about a week now i was supposed to go out to a friend's flatwarming dinner thingy tonight, but i think i'll flag it and just go home and have some time to myself for once

so we finished our 48 hour film this weekend, and the screening was tonight in our heat there were 10 different films shown, and we were up against some great competition there were a couple that weren't very good sound quality-wise, but for the most part they were quite inventive and well done i'm hoping we at least get through to the finals, but there were a couple of specific others that i thought were really well done and should definitely get through crossing my fingers for our team

got given Borderlands last night i've played it here and there previously, but now i'll have a proper chance to give it a go though now i just gotta find some time to actually play it...

i've had an exceedingly strange day things were going wrong at work and i was running round trying to sort it all out, then just before i finished i had 2 calls in the space of about 10mins where i had to help the police track down suicidal people (i'm working for a telecommunications company) then after work was supposed to go to a gig, but ended up spending all night doing more stuff for the 48 film festival thing was in a scene on the Opera House balcony in very a Rocky Horror style outfit (think mesh, feather boa, etc) then later on we did an orgy scene now it's 4am, i just got home, and i have to get up at 7am to go to work fun...

don't be silly, i never bring one nighter's back to my own place if they end up being completely crazy i don't want them knowing where i live

oh and the funniest thing about it in my opinion is the prop we have to use a broken toy

it's that time of year again and i'd almost forgotten the 48 hour film festival you get given a random genre, and a character name, and an object to use all that you get on the friday night, and the finished film has to be handed in on sunday night it's really frantic but really fun some of the genres are quite hard to work with - ie things like bollywood, or musical, or time travel, etc thankfully we got one this year we can really work well with we got as our genre.... sex education so last night we had a huge brainstorm and we decided to do a beginner's guide to fetishes i'm currently at work at the moment, but one of the writers is coming by soon to drop off a cript for me to start learning, then gonna shoot it straight after i finish work

went to see a friend after work for coffee (as per usual), then went to another friend's place and chilled out talking bollocks and playing guitar hero eventually made my way home at like 2am, and had an interesting walk home... got stopped by some random girl who asked me for a cigarette, then completely out of the blue she asked me if i had a girlfriend. when i said no she straight away started trying to chat me up... avoided that and continued my walk home when i got about 2mins away from my place i had some random dude jump out of a car right in front of me and offer me a bong strange night

met up with a friend i hadn't seen in ages she asked what had been going on since she saw me last, and when i told her she was kinda amazed that i seemed so chilled out sure there's been some pretty messed up stuff going on, but i've come to the conclusion that there's no point letting it get me down was good to see her though. she's been a bit of a hermit lately, but she said she'd try and make the effort to come out and see me more often

sure if he ends up here i could take him out for a beer or two

yeah i'm in the north island, and haven't been down south for ages, so i'm not the greatest of people to ask

The Number 23 after seeing Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind i was curious to see Jim Carrey in more serious roles, but this one really was a stretch... here's and example of the type of bull**** that made up the entire movie: oh my god there's an F in your name! F is the 6th letter of the alphabet 6 = 2x3 2 x 3 23!!

it's [REC] 2 there hasn't been a remake of this one, and from what i've read, Quarantine 2 is going to be a different story altogether

okay [REC]2 was pretty awesome the story went in a rather unexpected direction, but it worked out quite well. was cool to see certain characters making a comeback, but i sincerely hope they don't make a third movie. the story was wrapped up really well and to continue it would just kill the suspense i feel Antichrist on the other hand was kinda disappointing with everything i'd heard about it, i was expecting something horrifying and/or disturbing sure there were a couple of pretty messed up scenes, but over all it was pretty average i have to say i think those that walked out on this movie and couldn't handle it are damn wusses

going to a regular horror movie night tonight at a friend's place on the list for tonight is [REC]2 and Antichrist

saw my nephews last night and went out for dinner with them and my sister was cool to see them. i hadn't seen them since i went to visit my mother in hospital last year, and it's weird to see how much older they seem then afterwards went to a friend's for her birthday and played with the kitten ^_^

caught up with one of my sisters last night before i went to a gig first time i'd seen her in about 8-9 months
