His heroes failed him, his mentor turned against him and destroyed his homeworld. Everything he had was lost to him; his home, his friends, his family. But even before then, the war had kept him away, so even the memory of what was lost was denied him. When he finally finds it in himself to trust again, to love despite knowing the pain it can bring, he finds out the one he loves is Revan, the one responsible for all his pain. Yeah, he's such a big baby. Who would be emotionally scarred by something so trivial? And yes, I know it's a game, and in reality I don't care all that much. But it annoys me when people call him whiney, yet they feel for Bastila's mommy issues just because she has big pixels.

There's no problem I don't think, as long as they're not abused. Heck I have one, though it's only got three posts.

Ah well, brilliant ideas that I was planning to employ, but my opposition to the "Thing", as I call it, got me switched back out with the old DM in record time. The DM took the half-dragon side away since I was able to convince him it was physically impossible, but the mindflayer remains. As for the Celestial, I had to make that one myself since the DM was busy (go figure). It was a Ghaele, always chaotic good and super powerful, but the player (my boyfriend) was bent on being chaotic neutral. So I made him an exile, stripped of all the cool powers and with only half the bonuses.

As some of you may know, I've been having issues with our DM in our campaign that hasn't even started. Added to the long list of transgressions, he's allowing my boyfriend to play as a half-dragon mindflayer. You read right. Mind. Flayer. The half dragon I could live with, but super psychic brain sucker? That's beyond ridiculous, espcecially since his other character is a bloody Celestial. After much debate, they voted me replacement DM. However, the old DM won't relinquish his command unless I let him -not my boyfriend, him- play as the all powerful half-breed. I can't talk them out of it, but the game will be no fun if we're having to face gold dragons at first level just to have a challenge. And there's no one else who'll play. What do I do?

Alright, scanner's up and running again, so as soon as I can I'll get some more stuff up. I've got two pages of Halo sketches, a R&C montage (I'm inking it as soon as I draw Clank's head like I've been planning to do for six months), and more FF. But I've got homework and two exams tommorow, so you'll have to wait. Oh, and Deraldin, what part of Civil Disorder doesn't make sense? "

Knowing him, I'd like to see the content of the PMs first. If they looked anything like some of these posts, I wouldn't respond either.

Does anyone else see the irony in complaining about threads being unfairly deleted in a thread that is itself in clear violation of a good number of rules? I swear, all the mod bashing is getting old. Guess what? If you don't like a decision, PM them, they'll respond! Wow! They're not unreasonable, they're just doing their jobs. Maybe if folks didn't give them so much trouble, they wouldn't have to get tough.

I'm letting him get away with the insult because unlike the now dead Empress Darkside, Lady Darkside is much more friendly (even if she does still love her vodka). Wee for Civil Disorder!

Sorry, our scanner came with a faulty installation disk, so we can never quite tell when it'll decide to work. The new disk came yesterday, so I should be able to update soon. And to Deraldin:

Oh yeah, I forgot to finish her hands. Oh well. Most of my pics have a missing detail; my Rikku is faceless, my D&D character has no eyes, and in my Ratchet and Clank sketch, Clank is sort of... headless. EDIT: And the shadow on the corner is because I didn't want to rip the pic out, so I tried to stuff that page under the lid, but the rings kept the lid from closing.

I got a scanner for my birthday since you people nagged me about it. So here it is, my very own art thread. Why not put it with the other fanart Pixies asks? Because none of it's Star Wars. Yet. Okay, so I'm only posting one for now. Trial run, you know. If everything works alright, I'll scan some more after CSI. EDIT: It's Shiva from FFX. Or at least, it's supposed to be...

The vodka was good, the company better, but my inability to keep up was getting on everyone's nerves anyway. So I'm finally gone, merry Christams to all, and to all a good night. *throws kisses*
