Must be the PS3/PS4 versions that are buggy, then. Played on the 360 and I didn't have a single issue.

The Hoff? I require a screenshot. I'm playing on the XBox360, so I'm not sure I can even do that? Maybe one of the PC folks could.

Crab people
GhostofAnakin replied to Kyosji's topic in South Park: Characters Builds & Strategies (Spoiler Warning!)
I was only able to friend the crab guy banging on the drum, as well as loot that chest for crab armor. No option to fight them. -
Gah! I missed out on ONE freakin' collectible pokemon thingy, and it just so happens it's one of the ones you can only get during a mission.
-
I see you got "The Hoff" rhinoplasty. Worth every penny. I like the comments females sometimes make when you pass by. The most disturbing comment was from my character's mother. Something like, "you can have this body anytime you like, mister Hasselhoff".
-
Running around with a big David Hasselhoff head in South Park is pretty amusing. I feel the urge to sing, "I can't stop this feeling, deep inside of me ..." every time I enter a building.
-
I'm playing as a Jew. The Stone of David special ability is such a force to be reckoned with, especially when fully maxed out. And it costs so little power points.

Yeah, it was just a case of needing to level up a bit. Gore wasn't much of an issue when I got to a higher level (and better weapons). I was just in a rush to beat him because he kept spamming my inbox and wouldn't stop.
-
I can't beat Al Gore.

The dialogue during "cutscenes" (if you want to call them that) are pretty funny, but yeah, there's not a lot of funny stuff going on when you're traversing the world. Some of the messages you get from friends you've made are pretty funny, though. I chuckled at the message from Butters' father. Whatever its flaws, I'm finding it addictive though. I've ended up doing the whole "okay, I'll just play for a bit longer" but then end up playing for hours thing quite a bit since I started playing it.

I bought South Park today! It better be good, Obsidian!
-
Finished Dishonored. That was a rather short main story. The "twist" was also pretty obvious early on. It wasn't really a case of being surprised it happened, but wondering at what point in the story it would happen. Overall, decent game. But it felt almost more like an expansion pack than a full length game.

GameStop signing with Obsidian!
GhostofAnakin replied to Tigrin's topic in South Park: The Stick of Truth: General Discussion
There better be cake. And a hot tub. Unless it's all guys. Then that would be weird. -

Which Dev's house can we all crash at? -
Yeah, I get the place is supposed to be going through a plague, but even the areas where the plague hasn't hit as hard seem absolutely empty. Apparently guards are immune to the plague, because they make up 99% of the remaining population. I mean, even if they eradicate the plague, their population will die out seeing as how every single character alive seems to be male.
-
Finally giving Dishonored a chance. Not bad so far, but the world seems very empty. I was expecting some Assassin's Creed-esque populations, but apparently there's like 3 guards, 2 rats, and 1 infected guy in the entire city.

I'm not seeing much of a difference between "vanilla" ME3 and importing a character and choices over from previous ME games. The only noticeable one is Mordin (which I won't spoil, except to say ... oops, I promised not to spoil it).

I totally thought this post was in regards to Risen 3. That's what I get for reading a thread from the last backward; saw the screenshot of Risen 3, saw this post.

I actually preferred BioShock Infinite to the prior two BioShock games. *shrugs*

what is your worst rpg game ever played?
GhostofAnakin replied to darthdraken's topic in Computer and Console
That's kind of how I view Mass Effect 3. Not the worst RPG I've ever played, but because of factors that will not be brought up again, arguably the most bitterly disappointing game I've played. -
Still playing through ME3. While Aria's DLC does seem to lack in dialogue and roleplay moments, I do actually enjoy the overall atmosphere. Brings me back to ME2 and all the stuff associated with trekking around Omega.
-
I just meant that with the usual complaints companies have of "we only have so much money and time to implement X features", that BioWare/EA could have used that extra money they spent on Moss to use toward some of the corners they cut when it came to actual game play (ie. more depth to sidequests, better dialogue/depth of dialogue with existing squad mates, etc.).
-
Decided to replay some ME3. I'm doing the Aria T'Lok DLC at the moment and am wondering why they even bothered paying Carrie Ann Moss all that money. She didn't bring anything to the role that some no-name actress costing peanuts could have brought.

Despite the advancements in technology, BioWare has managed to make Morrigan uglier than she was in Dragon Age: Origins.

If the Witcher 3 gives me an ending with the options being red, green, or blue, I'm going to lose it.
