The usual. Poor penalty calls. Rangers had scored a goal in the third period which was called off because of 'goalie interference' (barely touched, and with some help by a Buffalo player). But, that's par for the course these play offs, no matter the team. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that Buffalo was the better team on the ice last night. But, hey, they 'stole' one from the Rangers. Rangers should have been able to return the favour.

Damn it. Sabres won, and they earned it. But, stupid refs stole another game with a lameo penalty that caused the Rangers another goal. BOOOOOOOOOOO! Buffalo = Great Rangers = Great Refs = Suckass Them the breaks though.

"If his team had been pulling their weight we probably would have had Anaheim beat. They've proven that they're capable of beating them, and doing it badly, they just don't." Nah. Anaheim is clearly the better team. Vancouver gave it their all including Luongo. They were simply outmatched. Canuck fans should be thankful they weren't swept. And, yes, he's overrated. He's maybe one of the top 5 goalies; but people act like he';s the undisputable best one which he isn't. Not when you have Broduer, Kiprosuff, Hasek, Lundqvist, and Miller (whose underrated). Amongst others who are just as good as he is.

Pronger is just too good. Oilers, and their fans shouldn't have treated him like trash! GO PRONGER GO! p.s. I kinda agree that sdhould have liekly been an elbowing penalty. P.S. HAHA! The most overrated goalie this side of Kiprosuff gives up a bad goal when it counts the most all because he decided to play referee instead of goalie. p.s.s. SJ has to beat Detroit which is no easy to task to even have a shot at sweeping someone. They may beat Detroit; but Anheim will run right though them. Only the Rangers cna beat Anaheim. HAHAHA! L0LLERZ!

Looked in to me. While it hit the posts, it did cross the ine. Of course, I only saw the goal twice (once live and the instant replay) before switching channels so I didn't get all views. SJ doesn't seem to be making a fuss so they must think it's a legit goal.
  6. "The trial is the best piece of Role Playing in a game in a very very very very long time." For the most part, it was well done. However, JE beats it with the foreigner debate and the ghost kiddies. Overall, I thoguht NWN2 OC had solid role-playing. However, any game wher eyou have convos like this: PC: Get lost. I dont' want you near me. NPC: ... PC: *repeat* NPC:.... 5 days later: PC: *looks at NPC* You still here? You don't get the memo? I don't wnat you here! NPC: I like you too much. i ain't going anywhere no matter what you say or do. 17 days later: PC: Prepare to die Evil One! Main Villain: I have found some allies of yours that will ebtray you! PC: Huh? NPC: *steps out* You were so mean to me! You hurt my feelings, and I was so nice to you (in the stalking sort of way). You betrayed me and my feelings! PC: How? All I wnated was for you to elave me alone! NPC: Die, evil one! *attacks PC* PC: WTF? (btw, This scenario can be used for KOTOR series and JE to a lesser degree; but it was most blatant in NWN2). Not to mention scenarios like this: PC tries to negotiate peace between lizardfolk and villagers. Uses his diplomacy skill and fails check on both parties who STILL agree to peace. Why bother using the skill check if it means nothing. L0L?

Rangers win, and deservedly so. However, I have to admit that was 99.9% chance, a goal; but good news for me and the Rangers... can't 100% prove it and considering all the balony calls against the Rangers in this series; it was about time they got one called in their favor. Wow! What a game, and series. Miller, Jagr, and Lundqvist = Best Players In Series.
  8. Blonds. But, attraction has very little to do with hair for me.
  9. "but subtle attack against Obsidian?" I menat Bethesda. heh. Got Obsidian on the brian since we are on their boards.

"What was Ottawa "doing during the game" in your opinion?" They had a habit (like many teams in the play offs do for that matter) of crowding the goalie (n this case, brodeur) and having tons of 'incidental/accidental' contatc with him. That's why I find the idea that the contact in this case was simply an 'oopsy'. And, that's not just my opinion but both CBC and TSN analysts' opinions and they had highlights to back them up so I wans't seeing things during the game.

Meh. Kanadian teams are boring. Anyways, I do hope Ottawa wins the series so people can shut up about them being 'play off chokers'. I hate that. As for the goal; it's a tough call; but according to the rule I don't think it should count as it's obvious that the contact effected his ability to play plus consideirng what Ottawa was doing during the game; that was not incidental. The feigned ignorance and flipplantness is also bogus, imo. Ah well. 'Tis is life with the horrible referring that continues in the play offs. Geez.. The first round it looked like the refs werer actually pretty decent at what they do. L0L
  12. "I have never came across any comment on the Bioware forums from any Biowarian who gave their own work in any level of criticism." Likely due to you spending too much time ranting, bashing, being banned and not actually reading what others' post. BIO, specifixally Mr. Gaider, have criticized BIO games. They just don't do it as vehemtnly as you do so you pretend they don't. On topic... "I would have liked more of the positive aspects" It's the Codex. Only negativity is allowed unless it's about Indy games or Troika. R00fles! Anyways, I found he hit most of the pertinent positives and negatives of the game.
  13. "J.E Sawyer works for Obsidian Entertainment and he is talking about game designed by Obsidian Entertainment. And I certainly doubt Obsidian employee could do this kind of interview without acceptance of Feargus. It directly deals with them, non professional or not." Not one thing here refutes what you quoted. As for links guys, come on. Do soem search. There have been mutliple occasions where BIO - or more specifically - a BIO employee has criticized a BIO game. Ellester's example of Mr. Gaider is the best example since he's the one who posts the posts. Another example is BIo's article of 'looking back at NWN1' that they made after NWN was released. In it was a number of things they felt could have been better. Geez... people. Take the blinders off and just stop reading only things that prove what you already think you know to be truth. It's one thing to have an already made hypothesis; but don't be ahsmed to actually research and prove yourself wrong for a change. P.S. It is sad that the OP had ato make a solid interview by Mr. Sawyer with the Cool Dude Codex into a non subtle attack on both BIO and Obsidian who had nothing to do with it with some helpfulness from Sand, and co. *shrug* Go figure. P.S.S. The interview itself was right on, though. Good stuff by Mr. S.
  14. "I've never heard BIO criticizing themselves like this." Then you haven't paid attention then. *shrug* P.S. There is also a huge difference between a company criticizing themsleves and an individual working for a company in a non professional interview months after said game was released. R00fles!
  15. " How many times we see Dev(s) criticizing their own product? And answering honestly without PR bullsh*t?" More often than you think. Still, a good intevriew. And, i tend to agree with him on both the positives and negatives. Coolio beanio.

RANGERS WIN! RANGERS WIN! RANGERS WIN! Jagr, Avery, and Lundqvist are awesome!!! OT is awesome! I love long OT games. More hockey = Good!! P.S. How in the blue blazes is neither Jagr or Avery not one of the three stars. The 3 stars should've been Lundqvist, Miller, and one of either Avery or Jagr (probably Jagr). Geez... did NHL.com watch the same game I did? Morons. P.S.S. The refs sucked in that game. It's like theyw ere trying to give the Sabres the victory. HAHA! They failed in their mission!!! worst officiated game of the play off thus far,. and there have been some doozies.

Urgh. Rangers down 2-0, and it's all Lundqvist's fault.
  18. "yes, quite, in order to become a vampire you have to drink the blood of a vampire, who then becomes your master. Merely being bitten is analogous to a charm spell that will enable the vampire to feed on that same vicim again with ease." Doesn't work this way. Buffy vamps tend not cast spells (though nothing says a vamp can't cast spells) nor do they hahve the supernatural abilty to charm their victims with their bites though many vamps can be charming. Just ask Buffy. L0L
  19. "I hate Final Fantasy its complete trash and its got slowly worse over time. 7 and 8 where the 2 good ones" This doesn't compute. How cna it be 'complete trash' when you say at leats two of thema re good. Also, for 'complete trash'; you sre played them a lot. Let me figure this out: You hate FF1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 yet still picked up 7? LMAOATWTKKUYADYTATWTKK Also, to others, FF8 is the best Final Fantasy ever. Ever. Period. Game over. P.S. I know you haven't played them all but it's still hilarious!

Damn... No 16-0 for the Rangers; but they can still reach 16 wins though!!! P.S. Now, I'm stuck feeling the pain of the team losing like all of you who choose teams that lost games in the first round. R00fles!
  21. FF is awesome. BIO, and Obsidian are my favorite Western RPG developers.

Vancouver has won which means my predictions were pretty accurate as I went 7-1. Anyways, I deserve the one loss for doubting the great Martin Brodeur. Second round will be tougher to predict as the results won't be so obvious; but here goes nothing... Eastern Conference: (1) Buffalo vs. (6) NY Rangers: I'm bias here. Buffalo is awesome, and will likely be favored to win. I think the Rangers have the edge in goal, and match up well on offense so I say Rangers in 6... (2) New Jersey vs. (4) Ottawa: It's *really* hard to go against Broduer for the second straight series; but it looks like Ottawa is in it for the long haul. Ottawa also in 6. Western Conference: (1) Detroit vs (5) San Jose: SJ has, perhaps, the deadliest 1-2 punch in the league with Thornton/Cheecho; but Detroit is way too strong, and Hasek already won his match up (well.. kind of unfair to Kip since he played that series solo, lol) with a fewllo top goalie in Hasek. Detroit in 7; but SJ could upset if they can solve Hasek. (2) Anaheim vs. (3) Vancouver: Hmmm.. Tough, tough, tough. Hard to go against Lungo; but Anaheim is one of those teams that are simply better than their opposition. Plus, it's hard to to argue against the Pronger/Neidrmayer combo. Anaheim in 7. One could easily go 0-4 in this round or 4-0. It'll likely be split down the middle. We shall see.. P.S. I know the Rangers will, in all probableness, lose their series. My hockey sense says they likely will; my biasness blindly convinces me that they will go 16-0. L0L0L0LLIPOP

Yup. And, good. Calgary has two strikes against them that makes me happy they're no longer. 1. They're a one man team. This would have been a swept wthout Kip. 2. They're a bunch of thugs, and their coach acts like he's a mob boss sending out hit men to 'take out' the enemy. GO GO DETROIT!

The Calgary coach shoudl have been suspened for the rest of this series (whether it be 1 or 2 games). There is no doubt in my mind that he put McLennan in for that purpose, and the league agrees apparantly with the fines (though, I thinks fines are stupid as it's STEALING money).l Calgary is scum.
