It's about the time frame, the wording of the contract itself, etc., etc. If the contract states they were owed a bonus if the game sold y copies ACTI owes them that money. Period. If they breached the contract then ACTI could see and win. But, they cannot legally withold bonuses. Bottom line, ACTI cannot make the determination that the contratc was breeched. That's up to a court of law. ACTI blew it by acting out of the realm of their power. And, they withheld bonuses from multiple emplyees not just the two dinks. "I think Acti said that they'd pay the bonuses to all who'd stay with the company and hadn't terminated," Which is (one) of the many reasons why ACTI is evil. This is blackmail, Tyranny, and scumminess. If the contract stated the employees were owed bonuses you pay them their bonuses for their work period. If ACTI is so goody two shoes and the two dinks are evil incarnate why have many of the employees also fled ACTI wave after wave. The current incarnation of this subdivision can't even handle their won work and now have other divisions helping them b/c they've been gutted by ACTI being careless, evil, scummy, greedy, lawbreakers, kidnapping, theiving bullying, initidating duchbags at ACTI.

That has no effect on PC. Sorry, dude, PCs will almost always be second class citizens to consoles espicially since new age consoles are basically game focused (heh, not completely true now with the ability to rent movies/tv shows) vs PCs.
