I think it's the crease of the cheek that's wrong. If her mouth is has that little smile, the crease should be a little higher. Maybe. Really nice job, did you make this from scratch?

I had an extra chunk of download before on steam, I thought that was the patch downloading. Might be wrong, but I think it already downloaded.

As much as I love Steam, use GoG if you're offline. Steams auto updating, overlay and community are all a moot point if you're offline.

If you've got the space spare, why not?

I'm sure you could. The extras aren't in game items, so I see no reason why it'd be any trouble and it's another product to make money on. The exception is the pet and ring pre-order bonus, but then that's clearly a pre-order thing.
