  1. @Gorth you’ll love Daeran’s quest. Lost Chapel Well, this place was fun. Edit:
  2. Celestial raptor. I here I was impressed by the literate Kobold.
  3. I noticed some weaker armies in the north and I decided to level up a second general. Is that a good idea? Or do I need a single, higher level general? My first one is level 5, the other is 3.
  4. Well, that works too. Irabeth and her people can get really comfortable in front of the tavern.
  5. Then I was lucky. I'm playing in real time and this was one moment I considered trying in turn based, since it looked like I had to be much more careful here. But I didn't and that saved me from this mess. You know, your choice of tactics can change the results in insane ways. I had Nenio and Woljif spam Grease everywhere enemies were appearing and Create Pit in front of the two gates, while Ember cast Web on top of the pits. Things got really easy after that. A few enemies made it inside in the beginning, before I understood what was going on, but that was it. I sent Seelah and the main character to the rooftops and Lann alternated between the enemies there and the ones escaping from the pits just to get stuck on the Web or knocked down by Grease. Stinking Cloud helped too.
  6. Just met a suspicious guy (Crinukh) and, of course, there is the option "[Attack] You are too suspicious."
  7. There is one part missing in Janeway's case: "Ties Tuvix in the first position on the tracks."
  8. Now that you reminded me of it, I'll have to rewatch it.
  9. I love how you frequently have the dialogue option to attack and kill people. Leper's Smile
  10. Well, so far there was also that moment when you can drink with Seelah and the recruits in front of Irabeth. It was just a "chaotic" choice, but it also fits Caylen.
  11. Overlord 4.8 They skipped two novels and mixed the name of some nations in the subtitles. If I was not aware of the skip and of the location of these novels (that will be adapted later as a movie) I would now think that the one nation that hates the Sorcerer Kingdom is now their ally. What a mess. Phillip, the dumbest man alive, is back. He decides to rob the Sorcerer Kingdom’s food supplies that are being sent to the Holy Kingdom. That was so stupid that the floor guardians can’t believe it and assume it is actually part of some master plan by an unknown genius enemy. However, with a mere suggestion from Ainz, they change their mind and start deciding how to punish the Re-Estize Kingdom. As usual, they get carried away and want to do something exaggerated, probably involving lots of death. Funny that the Re-Estize Kingdom was actually very friendly towards the Sorcerer Kindgom (despite losing tens of thousands of soldiers and part of its territory) and the prince had even considered submitting themselves as a vassal state just like the Empire, except that he was afraid that would cause a rebellion. In the end, Albedo goes visit the King and he asks if his head is enough to compensate for what happened. Nice try, however there are some ladies in the room with different ideas...
  12. Being good, my character is having only good/neutral aligned characters in the party. She also dislikes Camellia's and Daeran's arrogance as nobles, Daeran's mockery of the crusaders and Camellia's attitude when Ember was recruited. The funny thing is that my character is also a noble (courtier, just like Camellia) and I think nobody ever acknowledged that so far. Plenty of references to Skald and Aasimar (and even to her being a Cayden Cailean's devout), but nothing about being a noble. Horgus Swerm actually called her a commoner once. Funny that, once I did his second request. For my next playthrough I'll go with a Cruoromancer and the party will be very different.
  13. Some say a bunch of level 18 characters are like the Avengers, but then if some random mobs in this game decide to run away to another country they will kill more people than Thanos with the snap. Seelah's horse is doing really well. And his AC is as good as hers now that he learned Medium Barding. I'm still undecided about giving her a Monk and an Oracle's level. Maybe later when my Court Poet gives her a bigger CHA. Thanks for mentioning it. I'm still planning to have Nurah a hafling character mounting a velociraptor on a future playthrough. It doesn't make sense that she would have to wait until level 4 (or later?) to do it.
  14. I'm in Act II. Got the terrible habit of trying to move the camera in Crusade battles, so I always end up hitting "w" and making my first unit delay its action until the end of the turn. And it is usually the archers. I'm getting the impression that these battles will become very repetitive. Archers seem to cause much more damage, so it is all about keeping them away from the enemies and healing the frontline units. At least for now. Regill is quite an interesting npc. I'll definitely play as a Hellknight/Hellknight Signifier in the future, both for roleplaying and to see everyone's reactions when I praise his decisions. Oh, and now I understand all those memes about Ember. With Camellia and Daeran out of the party
  15. One more week without ojisan. And one more to go until the next episode. I wonder what kind of disaster he is causing on the other world right now.
  16. The graphics look worse. I don't know if they really are or if it is because the areas look different, they are less alien now, basically forests and mountains just like on Earth. It's definitely a downgrade.
  17. Axiom Verge 2 is finally released on Steam. Much inferior to the first game. This time you have a pickaxe, a boomerang and the drone. None of the cool weapons from the first game. Still a good game, but I'm disappointed.
