Japan Does It Again
That's exceptionally creepy. I thought they were dolls at first. But is it the fact that they do this at all (perhaps as a one-off) that's the problem, or the fact that they seem to exist on a circuit of such events, going from one event to another and losing their childhood in the process? Before I arrived at a job in a Japanese junior high school, my female predecessor told me that the girl students (aged 12-15) were made to show their underwear to the sports teachers (male and female) so they could check that they were wearing proper uniform knickers. Apparently the practice was stopped during her time in the school, though she never found out how or why.

X3... Xmen
I finally got to see it. I updated my version of Quicktime, from version 3 or something. :"> It looked pretty good. Lots of forest/lake outdoor landscapes. I might go and see this one at the cinema.

kumquatq3 your time has come
I heard people tasted like chicken. It's possible that people taste like bananas to chimps. Or bananas taste like chimps to people. Or chimps taste like people to kumquats. What was the topic?

Professional Hero seeks squire/camera man...
I downloaded the video of him saving Falun Gong from the evil Chinese, only to find that all he did was rant from the safety of his studio. I was hoping for a shot of him sitting down in Tiananmen Square and getting arrested by the Chinese police and jailed for three years. Oh well.

The Religion Thread
I don't think the Bible says precisely - there was a bishop who counted the ages of characters in the bible ('And so-and-so lived a hundred years and begat son-of-so-and-so') and totalled it at about 6000 years. I have more respect for religions that allow non-believers to go to heaven (or at least, not to go to hell). It's hard to believe that someone could do good and help people her whole life, and yet be sent to hell because she didn't believe in the right God.

how to get lvl 50?
I've died in that tomb. I think DS characters can die, but then they don't get the penalty on regenerating force points. In any case, remember: save early, save often.

The time is ripe to invade Canada!!!!
Canada's election campaign is something like eight weeks long. Is this really necessary? Our last one was four weeks, and I think it ought to have been shorter as none of the parties had much of interest to say that we didn't all know before.

X3... Xmen
I can't open the movie, because it has a 'bad public movie atom'. The mind boggles.

New Nintendo Gameboy Micro Commercial
The Microsoft 'banned' advert was better. The Nintendo one was very predictable. Happily, I'm no longer in the target demographic (I think), and rarely see this kind of rubbish.

New Obsidian logo(movie clip thingy) proposal...
The lava idea is more dramatic, but it makes red very prominent, and red doesn't seem to feature in Obsidian's colour scheme. Kirottu's idea is a paler, cooler image of light off the black stone, and I think I'd vote for that one.

X3... Xmen
X-2 felt like it had too many characters compared to the first movie, all competing for scraps of screen-time. Looks like X-3 will have still more, so here's hoping they handle it better. With more Rogue.

Hmm... Change of mind
Don't forget that when Kotor 2 was being finished, there was a LucasArts team working on Kotor 3. Obsidian has said it was aiming for an 'Empire Strikes Back' ending. What would the response have been had The Empire Strikes Back been released, and then George announced there wouldn't be any more movies?

Help..
Cheers. I'll give it a try next time I play, though I'm not sure when that will be. Of course, with the Random Loot Generator there's no guarantee I'll find the same stuff, but whatever I get should be equally high-level.

Help..
Don't worry about it, and please keep coming to the forums. You know, I don't think I ever bothered to open that crate, on my many playthroughs (playsthrough?) . Did you find anything interesting in it?

Obsidian has a Wikipedia site
We could always alter it, assuming it's incorrect. Isn't that what you're supposed to do at Wikipedia? I also notice that when you click 'Discussion' it says the article doesn't exist.

Microsoft sued over alleged Xbox 360 glitch
If the thing doesn't work, fine, get a refund, but damages? For what? And more to the point, why can't I sue Microsoft every time Windows crashes?

Yes, we're everywhere! Well, not the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum. But everywhere else! ( )- Build me a computer...
CNet has videos that guide you through some of the important points, though there's really no substitute for having someone around who knows what they're doing.- Japan Does It Again
Students? It's an interactive version of the Leonardo DiCaprio car adverts. It's surprising it's taken this long, to be honest. At least she wasn't wearing a high-school uniform.- Just got back from Texas
That would be Buckhorn Saloon and Museum, according to their website. Rather quiet about the saloon part, weren't you? So were there cowboy reenactors, as advertised? It looks quite nice from the pictures, though perhaps not very vegetarian-friendly.- New Obsidian logo(movie clip thingy) proposal...
I can't remember the Obsidian movie on Kotor 2, but obsidian (the rock) is beautiful, and could feature in a new one. Would it just be a random shape, though? Or some kind of obelisk?- Comment on Obsidian Entertainment
Obsidian is black rock. If you put it in water, it would be a Black Isle. Get it? It's actually not a bad name.- Totally Senseless
I thought every day was Spam Day. - Just got back from Texas
