After reading the interview, i couldn't help wondering on how the ending (both LS and DS) will be, considering Mr. Avellones hate for 'happy'-endings. Not that i mind a eerie, grim ending, but that's not a Star Wars ending, is it?

How about having a "weekly update" like Bungie does at the moment with Halo 2?

Sometimes one can wonder what you have to do really in order to get exiled by the Jedi Council? Juhanis attempt to kill her master seemed was handled with pretty ease.

Interesting points you brought up there, if someone wants to go LS in its purest form (not killing anyone) then there should be a option to do so.

I sure do like to listen to bands like Opeth, Slayer or Meshuggah. But having those bands sound in a Star Wars game? Sheesh.

I think that Obsidian meant by exploring the relationship between the Master and the Apprentice, not the actual gameplay-mechanic of having one yourself. But that's just me.

I'm under the impression that Bastila's dead too, but i'm not angry about it in any way. It just seem to suit KotOR IIs story well. If she's alive, i doubt that the devs will say anything about it since her fate is probably tightly connected to Revans fate, mostly due to their 'bond'.

Even if the whole setting of the game will be darker, i do hope that there will be a planet that feels more like a sanctuary (maybe it's parts of Dantooine that weren't destroyed by the Sith attack, but anyhow).

1. What is paramount when designing KotOR II? The animations? Combat? Story? etc, etc... 2. Will there be more diffirences between the Xbox and PC version besides the texturesize? 3. What technical difficulties will be the 'worst' to overcome? 4. It's been told that KotOR II will be more darker than KotOR I, in what way? care to elaborate? 5. Who makes the coffee?

I think that Jolee was right in the game when he said that everyone thinks they're in greatest battle in history, when it actually just repeats itself. The same is with Revan & Malak in KotOR. About the story in KotOR II, on the other hand, there's much to speculate about. If the game ended with DS, then maybe what the Rakatans told about the Star Forge was right. No one can handle it, not even Revan. It messed up his/her mind enough to kill Bastila and later destroying the Star Forge. After that he/she left to the Outer Rim to seek solitude from everything. During this, some powerful aspiring Sith Lords uses the Star Forge fleet in order to try to conquer the Core Worlds. In the LS-ending on the other hand, the Jedi Order is in disarray due to the romance between Bastila/Carth and Revan. The remnant of the Sith uses this as their chance to kill Revan, but they end up killing Bastila/Carth instead. Due to the huge amount of feelings that's involved, Revan seeks solitude in the Outer Rim in order to calm down himself/herself and seek revenge when the time is right. During this period of time, some aspiring Sith Lords use the remnant of the Star Forge fleet (They weren't all at the Unknown World, were they?) to wage a new war against the against the unsuspecting Republic, which is going pretty successfully.

I've heard that there will be a force power call 'Force Fart' making the opponent farting, thus restracting him from concentrating on the combat. Female NPC will loose all ongoing force powers due to embaressment, and Male will do the same, but instead it will be because they couldn't stop laughing at themselves. *This force power is restricted to the prestigeclass more known as 'Jedi Master' only*

Uthar Wynn and The Emperor would be my choices when thinking about how 'true' they are to the Sith code. They seem to have no real weaknesess, beside over-confidence ofcourse

In the TeamXbox-preview that's presented on the obsidian startpage, it's mentioned that the 7 new planets will have 70 diffirent locations on them. Same as KotOR i guess.

Playing KotOR on the xbox with Dolby Digital 5.1 and a widescreen tv is a quite comfortable option Even though i can play it on the PC with Dolby Digital 5.1 too (nForce boards have that option), but still the graphics seems a bit more 'ugly' with my Radeon 9800. Must be a driver issue or something, or the f-buffer option isn't working properly.
