With Fall-From-Grace, yes and even after all this time we cannot be sure of it being a romance or not. Annah was diferent, there is definitly a romance there and she stays with TNO because of that, even to her death. Also there are others, Ravel and Deionarra that love TNO and even if not joinable NPCs their love drives the story and its as intregal part of the game as everything else. Of course that TNO is not forced to take the romances, Deionarra did love TNO but his previous incarnation just used her ... he had no love for her and used her feelings for his own gains, nothing stops your from trying the same angle with Annah. To put it short then, it was subtle. I just kept wondering why so many like it in the first place.

Eh, let me get this straight. In PS:T, your character only gets some small fragments that might indicate that there's a romance?

- A "sad" ending option where your PC dies would add some flavour. - A planet that gives the same "safe" feeling that Dantooine did.

Personally, I just assumed she bit it with the rest of the Jedi on Dantooine when the place got pummelled. (If you turn her before Dantooine gets wasted she winds up outside the Jedi acadamy) Perhaps she'll show up in the ruins of Dantooine in KOTOR2... Then again, Obsidian might try to avoid recycling characters like Yuthura. She's a relatively minor character with a highly uncertain fate in KOTOR1. If the questions in the opening chapter about Revan's past actually get down to the level of Yuthura they are going to seem like an interrogation! I suppose they could find a subtler way to ask about her fate on Dantooine though. But still in the realms of possibility. For example, when choosing a LS ending, your PC could answer something like this: "Revan, when redeemed, did several deeds that should be put as a prime example for the Jedi, like redeeming one of Korribans highest ranking Sith. I think her name was Yuthura something..." A bit naive, but still possible :ph34r:

From a business POV, christmas is ofcourse the best date for a release. But i don't want to experience another DX:IW fiasco again, it should be released when it's done, not when the commercial time of the year is at its peak.

Much of the art and skinning hasn't been done yet, not to mention the texturing.

Thanks for the linkage, even though i refuse to sign up for gamespot complete From the "yahoo"-trailer, one can notice some new lightsaber-animations, it seems like you get more acrobatic moves as your characters skills progress. Looks pretty alright to me. But it sure has too much art, textures and skins to be called a KotOR II-trailer though.

So now we have atleast four NPCs that will re-appear in KotOR II: T3-M4, HK-47, Carth and Revan. Which leaves little room left for the others, Bastilas fate would be nice to know, and Canderous' as well, i just have to drift and hope i guess. But most importantly.... I miss Yuthura. Also, as earlier stated, what's up with the previews and your memory? Chris needs to clarify that one asap. And you being banished by the Jedi counsil? This preview just left me with more questions than answers :angry:

I think the time it takes to implement the dialogue for a romance is neglectible compared to total development-time.

I agree. If my character - some super power having badass - wants to get a little action from one of his female companions, he should be able to. Romances have always seemed very popular with the female side of BioWares audience too, so what the heck. I don't really care when the options not included though. As long as it's optional, i couldn't care less.

I chose LS, this is Star Wars afterall. DS suffered from "assholicus supremus", there were simply no honor in it.

My guess is that the PC suffered from a moral dilemma after Revan and Malak went DS, he simply just needing some time for himself, thinking. With a bag of cheesypoofs ofcourse.
