Huh? Have they started to cure cancer lately? Companies aren't 'evil' or 'good' in the world of business, unless they have something illegal as their main agenda. Anyhoo, maybe they have changed their business model on how to deal with developers and given them more space for their creativity, but sure DICE hasn't been up to much 'diverse' since 2004.

This has to be the greatest news in gaming history, if your name is Volourn. Considering EA's track-record with acquiring game-studios, treatment of employees (=lawsuits) and general quality of their games, they have a lot to prove with this. Look forward to more games than before with shorter development times, less substance and maybe a "good" game every 3-4 years or so. But they will probably sell a lot. //EDIT: Oh, if i had more money, i would buy a lot EA-stock today.

It will probably be filled with interesting ideas and even some new design-choices. But 80% will not get it, and while the other 20% will get it, they will however be unable to play it because of bugs. -
I could use a blend of Sand and Kaftan's solutions. It sounds like it wouldn't be too time consuming Thanks.

Sadly, no dice

Is there any mod for NWN2 that lets you change the faces/appearances of your companions? I don't want to mess around with the tool-set, what i am more looking for is a pre-set of faces and appearances. Anyone?

I don't know. I find the Half-Lifes to be pretty overrated, but if the Orange box contains Team Fortress 2, HL2: Episode 1 & 2 with graphical enhancements for the price of 49

BREAKING NEWS! Microsoft and Bungie split!
Meshugger replied to Meshugger's topic in Computer and Console
While Halo 2 and 3 were pretty boring since they just continued the old gameplay formula + they tried to make a simple story complicated. The first one however, was a real jem when it was released back in 2001. Back then, it really was "Combat evolved". -
Alien cleavage! Who-hooo! Previously, i wanted to create a "Jack Bauer in space"-character, but now i am more tempted to have a Captain Kirk instead. This game seriously needs a "KHAAAAAN!"-moment. No, i am not taking this game seriously until proven otherwise.

I wanted to try it out, but when i noticed that i have to have my lore skill at 8(i completely forgot about when i multiclassed as a cleric), i decided to continue as epic monk.

Too bad only Bokishi can play it to its full glory on releaseday

So much anger. I think that the middle east needs a "flower power"-movement with Woodstock, an arabian version of Jimi Hendrix, Beatles and Rolling Stones playing with *LONG* hair and NO beards (Rebels, you know). Add some free love and drugs and see everything trancend into a new age of enlightment and human solidarity. Imagine it, instead of bombs, they would throw flowers at the Israeli military, run around naked high on LCD and hump each other whenever they feel like it. Who would want to fire a bullet then? Demolish a home? Bomb a mosque? Peace would be a reality within a week. -

Exactly. Instead of posting the horrors and antrocities committed by each side, one should find a solution that is beneficial for both of them. Something that wouldn't go with Ahmadinejad, since that would make him lose the support that he has. -
if Gromnir tells you it will result in your being a roll-player who metagames. now, armed with your knowledge o' da rulez, you will either avoid or embrace the sacred fist, your previously pristine mind tainted by games mechanics considerations... untimely robbed of the opportunity to makes choices based on pure and innocent whimsy. HA! those is the pnp prereqs we gave, but yeah, you does need at least 1 level o' cleric, paladin(4 levels?,) druid, spirit shaman, or favored soul to becomes a sacred fist in motb. http://nwvault.ign.com/faq/index.php?category=14#14_3_6 there you go... and welcome to the ranks. HA! Good Fun! Thank you. For the record, i actually like fooling around with classes, this one of the reasons on why i like NWN2. I just wanted to make sure that i get as much out of SF as possible. Imagine that //EDIT: about the metagaming issue: Sure it can be tricky to grasp at first, there's also some faults, but in the end, it's quite fun and rewarding. I fail to see why mkreku is so negative about it, maybe he accidently multiclassed with 5 different classes and ended up being "Master-of-thing"?

What's this with Sacred Fist requiring casting lvl 1 divine spells? Does it mean that my monk (currently lvl 20) have to multiclass with a cleric in order to become a SF?

I am playing as a lvl 19 monk at the moment, and i can tell so far after 3-4 hours of playing, that it is a mixed bag. On one hand, you're really difficult to kill, let alone to take any damage. On the other hand, one can get into situations where you and the enemy swing at each with no hits, and your wizard in your party is out of spells. The only thing left to do is going back and have an 8 hour rest Can't your wizard have a quick nap while you're duking it out? That would be great: - "A great monster of the neverending deep! It dodges all my hits, and i dodge his. What about your spells?" - "Nope, sorry. All out. But i i'll take nap while you two swing at it. It's not like anything interesting will happen." - "Okely-dokely"

The women, homosexuals, other religious factions disagree with that. Yep, they have the largest jewish community in the middle east. But can they have saturday off because of the sabbath? Nope. Can they teach hebrew? Nope. Do they have the same job-oppurtunities as their fellow muslims? Nope. Should i go on? Nope. I've been to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, and our schools have had lectures from the survivors of the holocaust. The nazis carefully documented every single jew that died in their camps. Trust me, he is using it as a political ploy to rally muslims around the world for his cause. Read about the "Einsatztruppen", read Shirer's "The rise and fall of the third reich". The only ones seing Bush as their spiritual leader are the looniest of the evangelian groups, predominately in the US. Israel is there and trying to destroy it will not bring back any good. There will be no peace until both sides want it. And the situation isn't that rad either, settlers in the west bank makes it difficult to create a west bank according to the 1967 borders, but the internal fighting between Hamas and PLO doesn't make it any easier. Personally, i am very anti-nuclear, regardless on who owns it. But yeah, in the world of realpolitik, such a naive idea means nothing. And don't blame the media on the jews, that's like saying that there is an Shintoist conspiracy in video-games and anime, or that there's a christian agenda involved biotech-research. I can understand that there's a surge in the muslim community for a leader that speaks up about what they feel is injustice for them in an intellectual way, since no-one with a rational mind (regardless of religion) takes Osama Bin Laden seriously, but considering the situation in Iran and by various speeches by Ahmadinejad, i can easily tell that he is no Martin Luther King, he is no Mahatma Gandhi and certainly no Robin Hood of the middle east either, even if he tries to. -
