  1. Really, really cool find. Would've been an awesome introduction, fitting fampyr vibes at the very least. Her intro convo is in the 20_splintered_reef folder so maybe that's where she would've been found around. this made me remember the Fig campaign stretch goal that would've made her a full companion that we never got

  2. I'm absolutely loving being back but if you're like me and enjoy making the world more navigable as you explore (Death stranding is right behind me, isn't it?) You might make use of trail markers. Unfortunately the locations are myriad, with more on the way and eventually you end up with markers taking up way too much of your screen to enjoy or navigate effectively. My proposed solution uses existing game systems to get less intrusive uses from these navigation tools. Solution - Custom trail marker Range Visibility limit : Markers currently can return distance to the player in their data. Use this information and allow players to create markers with range limits. Some need to be seen from any distance but perhaps not EVERY ranger outpost needs to be seen from our home base? Having them pop up based off a distance slider in the trail marker customization menu would be a godsend for players and their friends who only have a general idea of a location without completely inundating them with countless markers. - Peep.R Only Markers : To complement the range limited markers, creating markers that only appear when peeping (out of combat perhaps?) would suit many distant landmarks that you have to travel to without requiring the markers be visible at all times. Once oriented toward an objective after all, you may not NEED to see where it is again before you arrive. - Range Limited markers with unlimited distance when using Peep.R : Want to go to the Blueberry Orchard from a new location? Peep for markers and then use it as a heading. It'll appear as you get close Together, these tools make for HUGE QoL. Let me list how I would likely use these tools and perhaps their usefulness will be more clear. * BASES: Unlimited distance. Peep.R only. * NEARBY RESOURCE: 100cm limit. Unpeepable. * RANGER STATION : 200cm limit. Peepable *MAJOR LANDMARK: Unlimited Distance With these changes you can appreciate the games graphics and gameplay more, while being able to better navigate areas you've already explored. Hope you all agree!

  3. We need a bigger radius for storage chest access so building bigger base's is more feasible. it'll make it easier to use supplies without having to transfer items to different areas.

  4. I am very impressed, I did my scrambled eggs this way and Im always going to do them like this now. It created the perfect texture and balance around moisture and solid egg Its funny, I have spent close to 30 years cooking scrambled eggs, I watch cooking shows all the time and I read cooking books and I cant recall a suggestion to do scrambled eggs like this . Granted I dont follow much egg cooking content but still And then I get a simple tip on a gaming forum and its significant, who says you dont learn new things on the Internet

  6. Thank you, Obsidian and Grounded 1/2 Team!!! Just want to start off by saying I love grounded 1 and a longtime fan and love grounded 2's direction. You guys are killing it so far and would love to get the chance to talk to the developers. I mean it when I say I don't know what other developers are doing these days, but you all are killing it in a good way. Thank you for the wonderful experience and fun times your company has given me and my friends / family. I want to jump right in and offer some solutions to some of what I consider easy to fix issues currently in Grounded 2. Gear Buff Adjustments: need to change fighter's gear buff to increase damage with 2 handed weapons by 10-20% and/ or stagger bonus and/or attack speed Add a new gear buff to equipment for tanks called tank and give it the same buff fighter has right now Javelineer Mutation changes: The Javelineer mutation is a bit wonky, I would change it to increase damage of thrown and normal spear damage by 10/20/30% and you get a buff from hitting an enemy 3 times that says, "when a spear is thrown it will return to the players hand" this could be the Rank 3 mastery buff. - because the current buff giving you recoil damage makes no sense you are encouraging the player to get hit in order to deal damage back to the attacker if you wanted to fix it make it damage on block so that way the player can emulate more of a spartan build using the shield and spear which is probably what was intended in the first place. Dagger Definition Fix: for daggers and fist weapons dash attack needs to be on a dash and then attack or change the name to charged attack as that is what you're doing currently. Ex) On black widow set it says dash attack applies venom Omni tool Fix: the omni tool should probably be a late unlocked item like 70% through the game and this would fix it entirely. if you unlocked this after beating a boss (like the Broodmother in Grounded 1 or any boss) then it would feel amazing to create it and give the player a huge convenience tool that was earned instead of just giving it as a free hand out. currently it doesn't feel good to gather anymore gets rid of the player feedback on emulating cutting down grass, smashing a hammer now your just hold e and this kills immersion. Upgrading the Omni tool feels tedious to gather all the necessary parts right off the bat and it's a lot for players to take in when the first introduction to gathering is just use this op tool and go gather with it. I think a better solution is to lock it behind story line as this would make it feel more rewarding and have a better sense of progression. like when you play a Zelda game and unlock the slingshot or boomerang etc. after beating a storyline boss. Toggle buttons for Sprinting / Crouch: Toggle button for sprinting and crouching since the new weapon daggers and the ambush mutation rely on the new sneaking mechanic. When traveling with the mounts toggling the sprint feels a lot better than holding it down as they are used for long distance travel.

  7. So I was running around in creative mode ( I'm kinda the designated base builder so I pre- run and test base ideas in creative before implementing them in survival) but while I'm running around near the statue on the upper platform I find (spoiler) a chest buried in the center of a . So here me out. She would know his research, she would know all about burgle, and if he's being mind control by o.r.c system which I'm assuming he is. He knew about the system and about the people watching him I doubt they could get close. Meaning the teens, his kids or his wife would be the only ones he would be trusting of.

  8. I'm sure the agreement will be upheld by Russia as they did the Budapest Memorandum. I.e. not. Sorry, but trusting in Putin to be satisfied by his conquests is optimistic thinking on your part. More likely he'll need a peace interlude for his military to upgrade.

  9. Before the upcoming Trump/Putin meeting various rumors are flying as to potential cease-fire terms. Unsurprisingly permanent peace is not likely, but diplomatically there are first signs of optimism in a long time. We will soon see if this is serious or only a elaborate blame-game.
