Song Young-Kyu - Aug 4 - age 55 One of those S. Korean small to larger supporting-actor faces that is familiar to many who watch a lot of S. Korean shows/films. Seemingly another one of those heavy social shaming and career cancellation situations. I'm watching The Winning Try, which he had a part in (apparently much reduced/removed after a DUI) and it's just so sad. Not just him, all the similar cases over the years. RIP

invalid item name and more
Raven Scar replied to toymaker777's topic in Grounded 2: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
as of one of the recent updates, you need to open the hotpouch on the buggy and equip the torch that way. As for the invalid harvest nodes, no idea what happened there. Buggy recycle is weird but I've recycled things and some stuff either, i see, fall through the floor or end up in the buggy inventory -
Lmao, I find myself yelling at the buggies for being up my butt all the time. I always forget to tell the thing to stay. It's constantly in my crouch

We should be able to eat berries
Raven Scar replied to Manna's topic in Grounded 2: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
i would say, if you do eat the berries, the skin should remain in your inventory, maybe before you dry it out you need to extract the berry meat, then you get the meat to eat and the skin for leather -
Moral ending
Raven Scar replied to Ronson Lee's topic in Grounded 2: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
The moral choices wouldn't come from harmless bugs, after all at that height its kill or be killed, survival of the fittest, the morality would come from how you deal with the Stranger and maybe bug Queens/Kings and Bosses -
Looks like there's a lot of same bugs that was in the first one, specially the water drops forming without grass. I have cleared a huge area and water is still gathering on invisible grass blades.

i got this but at Stone Stash. Is this the last one you need for the quest currently, because mine is

Where to build?
Raven Scar replied to Curiouspandora1296's topic in Grounded 2: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
Snackbar Ranger Outpost is the best place to build, simply because the scanner, 2nd is the deck because of flatness but a bomb bettle lives up there -
Explosion crater suggestion
Raven Scar replied to Orveliflores160's topic in Grounded 2: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)
sounds good but i don't think they'll add nuke blast in to the game, maybe areas that sizzle, areas that are smokey required gas mask, areas that are toxic like the Haze from G1, with its infections -
yes the buggys do have separation anxiety, it's an easy fix, you jump off, tell it to stay, grab what you need, then whistle for it to follow

Sometimes, and there are a variety of different reasons, updates don't drop equally for everyone. The main reason is regional, usually depending on your region depends on if you get it on time or not. Another reason is usually Xbox themselves, sometimes they get swamped with work and they need to check the update doesn't damage the software, so sometimes it may be delayed

You do have to be careful/aware that a lot of stuff that falls under Prime/free and fast shipping, the selling price may be higher for "prime" item versions vs buying from another named "non-Prime"/not free shipping seller. Also, prices may differ whether you're logged into Prime (more) or viewing as not-logged/maybe no stored browser cookie too (less). So absolute total may not be as much cheaper - or cheaper at all - as you might think. (edit: it's not true all the time) but I've seen it many times. Anyway, that stuff probably changes/varies a bit by regions and/or policy changes as well. My personal main reason for Prime was the generally faster delivery times without paying extra shipping. That's really what you're mostly paying for - speed - and I'm not terribly patient. For people who might buy from Amazon a few times or whatever a year, Prime for that reason alone isn't worth it. - Today

I spent 2 evenings building a ramp to the top of the snack bar stand just to find that it is impossible to build on top of it. It is possible to base all of the building on the ramp that I built but it is massively risky because one mistake at the bottom could have collapse everything at the top. I was planning to create a Grounded 1 style elevator to the top of it and build a cosy house up there as well as the expedition base (note incoming ziplines and flying buggies given the landing pad presence). It was utterly disappointing to find out that I cannot ground structures up there. I have to say anything built up there is currently ungrounded ;)

You simply cannot get Prime in some places like, well, New Zealand since we don't have our own Amazon subentity. Which is kind of funny because they always, always offer me a free month of it every time I buy something and thought I lived in Australia (which has amazon.com.au) when it came to apps for their streaming dongle. NZ billing address seems to be enough to stop you getting it. You can however get Prime Video here. Presume it's the same in other places that don't have a 'home' Amazon site. Though whether it's the same as standalone Prime Video if mainline Prime is available I don't know. Contrary to the Euros' experience it didn't have much rental/ pay to watch stuff at all that I could see, though that was a year ago now. -

Buggy: This may be working as intended. If you recycle anything that is built. you will lose anywhere from 50% to 100% of the items used to build. -
I wear a cap and long sleeved shirt up until about 16 o clock during the hot months. Sometimes just every other day to avoid overexposure. I can't be bothered to lather myself up in sunscreen, it's too much work. It comes down to the UV index for the day. Usually 12-15 is when you want to cover up, if you do that, you wont get sunburn. I don't have a good solution for my hands though, I suppose I should use sunblock on my hands.

Amazon Prime has always had the 2nd tier content compared to most streamers. They've hit it big with a few TV shows, but most of their documentaries and movies are pretty weak. That being said, I save way over the cost of Prime in shipping, so it's hardly an issue. -

Why would anyone pay for Prime Video only? As far as I can tell, they have like 5 free movies nowadays, and everything else needs to be rented. Don't see much a point in it anymore. -

Yeah, don't know. Prime Video bundles a lot of channels and other stuff and is a video rental system, but since this is a Prime Video exclusive title you can only watch it with the Amazon Prime subscription. Can't even rent it without, so it's not an Amazon ad per se, probably just a plug for Prime Air. It helps to bear in mind that it was filmed in 2020 during the lockdowns. I don't know how Prime Air is doing these days, but it sure shows no sign of being available here, and I'd venture there's a ton of troublesome EU regulations preventing an easy rollout. Methinks Mango Mussolini needs to threaten some more tariffs if they don't give Bezos unrestricted access to the airspace. -
Good Old Games still oldies but goodies

I dove deep into the adulty parts of the interwebz and looked around a bit. Well, there is a lot of Renpy in that list, so expect those games to be a similar experience to Treasure of Nadia (so not really worth your time). Leap of Love changes the formula to at least to such extend that you are boosting your skills to impress a girl and live happily ever after - so the adult part isn't the main focus as in those other games, that are just an excuse to throw mediocre renders at you. Honestly, reading up on Leap of Love, I like the concept that you are a frog turned prince, but now you have to make sure a princes will actually want you around for ever after, so you don't get re-frogged. Adult version of Long Live The Queen, without being the queen. HuniePop is the only one on the list I actually played years and years ago. It is a decent match 3 game, and I play match 3 games to zone out. But there is so many, I have enough SFW choices that I don't need the NSFW ones. Sapphire Safari seems to be national geographics meets monster girl porn. So again at least it gets points for trying something different. Personally not my thing once more. But then again, nothing in that bundle is If I were to play any of the games on that list, it would be HuniePop for matching threes, Leap of Love for helping an amphibian out, or Sapphire Safari as a walking simulator. But match 3s and walking simulators you have better choices in the SFW part of gaming, because as always, those aspects of a game you aren't interested in do affect the ones you are - dev time is limited. For example the devs who thought King Arthur Knight's Tale needs a VS mode, took time away from the programmers that could have been used to properly integrate the free dlc into the campaign. Which means, meh. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you. -

Huh, I never thought people might have Prime Video without Amazon Prime. Seems obvious but it somehow never occurred to me.
