Reward Cards disappearing

I just had a Sihedron Medallion from adventure 2.5 disappear.

It was given to Ezren automatically when I got the reward card and when rebuilding the deck, I moved it to the pool, since he already had the one form 1.5. I changed card type tab to tune the rest of his deck and when I went to the item tab on a different character, the medallion was no longer in the pool.

 

Edit (more info): No permadeath nor pass & play. Normal difficulty level. Other characters were Amiri, Harsk and Lini

You can see it if you togle all cards button on. For some reason loot cards Are not show'n in the normal card type section .

This reason may be a conscious design decision, but it deserves to be called a 'bug' nevertheless.

4/26/2018 and this bug still exists. I was awarded a disintegrate spell for the end of a scenario and as i moved it from the inventory to the stash, it vanished completely.
