    Hey everyone!
    Apologies for the inconveniences, there were some issues with the keys, but we're fixing the problem as we speak.
    Ultimate Fig Edition will receive the the Explorer's Pack. 
    Premium Fig Edition will receive the 2 in-game items, (Cosmo and the Tricorn hat)
    I hope that clears that up.

    Hey Gumrucker,
    I wasn't able to find any emails by you in our support emails, but I was able to locate your old account and transferred all of your purchases over to your new account along with your gold amount. Re-adding the bundle will allow you to continue playing where you left off.

    Just to update you all on the issue, we are currently testing the new build right now and will be uploading it to Google Play within a few hours.

    Update: Hey everyone, another status update: We will be working on a new patch that includes the fixes for older Android devices, as well as some progression breaks. Unfortunately, there will not be a build released today, so I'll do my best to keep updating your guys on the matter. We apologize for the inconvenience. 
    Update 2: Users who have purchased Daily Gold will be compensated

    Update 4: Releasing hotfix patch tomorrow morning!

    Hey runslikeawelshman,
    Please uninstall and reinstall the game. That will remove your quest mode data that is stored on your device. All of the other data is stored in the cloud, so don't worry about losing any of your characters or purchases.

    We're looking into why some purchases are not being processed correctly. Please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# or Username #xxxx and a copy of your receipt. It would be helpful if you also included how you purchased the items. (Google Wallet, Credit, Debit, PayPal, etc).

    Uninstalling would delete your local data and possibly fix your quest mode. The only thing you would lose is the Quest Mode Save. Character data, Story Mode Saves, gold, and purchases are all stored in the cloud.

    Hey guys,
    The patch is in review right now so it should be up within the end of the day. The fix will be retroactive, so you won't have to do anything. BUT! If you can't wait for the patch, you can just reinstall the app and you can continue off right after the tutorial.

    I would have to delete your quest mode save from our cloud and then you will have to uninstall your game. After you reinstall, it should remove your quest mode along with your quest mode characters. So you will be starting again from scratch. Your story mode should remain unaffected.

    Hey guys,
    Sorry about the inconveniences. It sounds like you are either not connected to your account or you a different account.
    Please close out the game completely and then go into Gamecenter or Google Play games and make sure you are signed into the correct account. Then launch Pathfinder Adventures while are you in Gamecenter or Google Play Games. 
    It may also help if you sign out of your Gamecenter/Google Play Games account and sign back in.

    Looking into your account, the chests opened up correctly and added the cards to your vault. just the animation bugged out.

    Hello Yarl,
    Are you saying that you purchased the daily gold and it never activated? Or do you mean to say that it is active and it wont allow you to collect it? Can you please email support@obsidian.net with your PFID# (located in settings menu) and a copy of the receipt?

    Have you tried going back to the old device and completing a turn? That would update the save cloud and you can move over to your new device and see if that uploads it correctly.

    Hello xknow,
    See if this works for you.
    1. Enable syncing (can be quickly enabled via sync icon from the Android swipe down menu).
    2. Open Google Play Games app
    3. Swipe from the left to open Play Games' menu and select 'My Games' (might have to select 'All My Games' on next screen).
    4. Select Pathfinder Adventures and then launch the app from the red play button on the right side.
    5. You should now be able to log in! (You may have to accept a sync request from the swipe down menu or tap the 'Link Social Gaming Network' button for it to work)

    Sorry about the bug, we are looking into it now. Thank you for posting all that information. Deleting your party and creating a new one using experienced characters should not remove your progress or the cards you have collected. Under the experienced tab, do you happen to have more than 1 of the same characters?
