Hiravas is wearing boots of speed; dunno if that is a factor. Non shifted, he either moves incredibly slowly or teleports to the attacker, depending. The bug is making the boots be boots of slow-as-molasses-in-January. ETA: yep, took off the boots of speed and it fixed the problem. I have written up a bug report saying that Boots of Speed causes druids to move extremely slow while equipped with Boots of Speed. Thanks a bunch!
