This is supposedly a new "clue" posted by J.E. Sawyer (stolen from NeoGAF)

 

 

Only thing that makes sense to me is it spells out "One Pro Here" if it's a snake cypher (not sure what that's really called but ouroboros is a snake so I'll go with it ).

 

But by itself that doesn't really make sense anyway. Or does it?

 

Or it has nothing to do with the new project and he's bragging about what a good fencer he is.

E Looks like the new Vegas in-game courier's satchel. Vault boy on it too. No sleep for the courier maybe. Could be Ulysses prequal and a tie-in with how the Hecate came from his tribe and thinks she is a goddess. What a coincidence her civilization's name is Ouroboros.
