KO771
It's not rocket science, making a demo costs money and resources. And all interested pc-gamer without an console (because a demo for a console is released almost everytime) will not know if they want to buy it. In the end they trust a silly review posted by some gamingpages.

WorstUsernameEver
Obsidian fanboys don't need a demo to an Obsidian game. To be honest, I rarely need a demo with everything. In this age, if you know where to look, you can get enough info about a game to know whether you could like it or not. Not 100% accurate, but not even demos are that accurate (see the Fallout : Tactics' one).
Morgoth
Well I definitely need a demo to Gothic 4, otherwise I agree with you. Rain makes everything better.
Purkake
It's not rocket science, making a demo costs money and resources. And all interested pc-gamer without an console (because a demo for a console is released almost everytime) will not know if they want to buy it. In the end they trust a silly review posted by some gamingpages. Plenty of console games don't have demos either and PC demos probably require more work. I like demos, but I can understand why they're not so keen on releasing them anymore. Also, I don't find deciding what to buy a problem, there's a plethora of options other than reviews to base your decision on and I think most people still buy games by the shiny box art and/or a known franchise. In the end would like them to put the extra money/time into making a better game and/or releasing it earlier. SirPetrakus
I showed the pics to my older brother, he's 30 btw, and he already thinks you ruined the franchise Eh, I'm the one that buys the games, so he doesn't really have a say in it. @ Alvin Nelson Don't even joke about it! Sannom
Heck, I'm curious to hear about that german preview that is supposed to be made by a Dungeon Siege fan. Apparently, those should make room for some disappointment.
Draganta
Also : positive comments.... no seriously. The comments under the screenshots are all positive. Granted, they're only 3, and probably someone will comment that Obsidian will ruin Dungeon Siege but still... it's like I'm living in a Bizzarro universe. I can't see how can someone ruin Dungeon Siege "Oh noes there are too many polygons on my karakters it ruins my Dungeon Siege immersion, also there is actual story oh noes x10" Wow. Just... wow Never seen so much ignorance in 1 post. Grats mate. Reasons why Dungeon Siege is NOT a Diablo clone: - DS has multicharacter parties. - DS doesn't have boring pre-defined classes, but the players develop the characters. - DS has packmules! - DS has a huge map without any loading bars between areas, even when teleporting! - DS has 10.000+ spells, and even more items! Maybe I miscounted and it is actually 666?
