As someone that has worked in the service industry, I can wholeheartedly say that the customer is rarely right haha.

 

In any case, I suggest people enhance their calm and keep their blood pressure levels static. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that your life as a whole will be pretty unaffected by the release (or lack of release) of Alpha Protocol.
