taks Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 never say never, GD. i've been hanging out with my buddy mark, who's in town from FL, this week. he's going camping with us this weekend at collegiate peaks campground. just got a wedding invite from another buddy, joe, in cocoa beach (mark plays on joe's sunday pool team, btw), so i guess i'll be back down there in september. of course, i also have a sister-in-law in melbourne, and she's never seen her nephew... but i'm not 100% she'll be my sister-in-law forever anyway, so maybe she'll never see him other than september? never, there's that silly word again. taks comrade taks... just because. Today, I worked on two different databases, and I must say, MSSQL may be good, professional and all, but I don't like the syntax additions to SQL the "canon" uses (all the ugly [s and GOs and the documentation). Also I helped my girlfriend fixing feathers on a coat and we looked some FotN DVD. I wish I looked as good as McCoy (no, not Bones), preferably with his voice and presence too. Ah well. The police never confirmed anything but those on scene only said "It was a gd damned blood bath in there." There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated.
