September 27, 200718 yr Author Nope. Its the 1.10 final release. With the release of the expansion coming they had to alter 1.07 around so that there would be smoother compatibility for online play for those who have the expansion and those who don't. The beta is done. Just use the revert patch to get back to 1.06 then patch it up to 1.10. The performance increase is so good that I can have the game on full shadows and in soft shadow mode. September 27, 200718 yr As I understand it, the 1.07 patch was cancelled or reformed into 1.10 since it proved to be difficult to "merge" the NWN2 and MotB systems. MotB uses 1.10 (I've no idea why they skipped a few numbers, but that's the way it goes), and when you install MotB you'll be updated to 1.10. Dunno the technical details. September 27, 200718 yr It seems to me that it's more like the 1.0* patches are NWN2 patches while the 1.1*patches are MotB patches. So, if we ever see a second expansion, the version numbers for that expansion should be 1.2*. Or I could be talking out of my ass. September 27, 200718 yr It's not "official" yet. Obsidian first releases the unofficial version (which they deem playable), and then the official version (that can be downloaded via the updater).
