WKlingbeil Posted May 29, 2007 Share Posted May 29, 2007 I wouldn't be all that surprised, what with all the rumors going around about KotOR III, who knows, maybe they're throwing out rumors to test the water, see how potent the market is for the 3rd game. Oh, and on being the Exile, I'm sorry, but I would love to be the Exile again, I think on the contrary of Pantherus, that there is far more than enough room to build on his/ her character, and I actually feel as if I was cheated that the story never ended with him/ her. I think that in the third game, you are trying to rebuild the Jedi Council, except without the dependence on the Force. Obviously that is there, but what made the Exile that much greater, is that he had the great strength of a regular human, and a not so potent touch of the force (ala Vrook's obnoxious statements). You should be going around recruiting new Jedi, as you tried to do in II, and as Kreia hinted at, the only true path to the Dark Side, is that fear of falling. Everyone thinks that there slightest actions lead them to be a Sith Lord, but your teachings will be different, you will create a Jedi Council that does not have that same perspective. Then, that could even be a possible story for the IVth, as your Council gets destroyed by some great warriors, or something like that. I don't know, I just feel that they could've done so much more with the Exile, and I know that every game I've ever felt, I've never had the perspective from the top. I'm always having to listen to idiots like Vrook, or some other Master, and for once, I think it would be awesome to be on top..... Haha, I'm not going there either...... If I remember correctly, the first TSL-material came in "electronic gaming monthly" and "computer gaming world", so they wouldn't necessarily have the first announcement on LucasArts.com. My guess is that they will try to make it was perfect as they can, because of the reaction of the cuts in KOTOR II. I just hope they have stuff on the characters from KOTOR 1 and 2. You can be sure that there will be some guranteed things for KOTOR 3. They would be like the Ebon Hawk, Revan, probably the Exile, Pazaak, and racing.
