It's not uncommon for East Asians to be short.

 

Anyway, very attractive lass by Asian or Western standards.

Tifa's outfit isnt that unusual :)

 

Oh did she have some sort of reduction between FFVII and Advent Children ? She looks a little less well endowed in the latter.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.
