Also I had a 20oz White Mocha this morning because I had to meet a classmate in a coffee shop to collaborate on a project, the awakened feeling has already worn off soon but I have to be at work soon so I can't take a nap. F***.

Where I work we have a mocho and french vanilla that has been give three times the normal amount of caffiene for those drinks. They are very nice.

Ah yes. How about some tea? Earl Grey please.

As far is caffeine is concerned, I mainly drink non-caffeinated teas, but, if needed, I will also drink black or green tea..

Went to the beach with a few friends last summer. We jumped into the water from the pier, and went for a little swim. After a few minutes we got back up on the pier again to rest and get some sun. One of us, a WoW-slave who never bothered to do any physical exercises all his life, suddenly realized that he no longer had the strength to do the most basic things, like getting back up on the pier, which was between 2 and 3 feet above water level. We had a few good laughs, but if we hadn't been there to haul him up, he would've been in trouble.

 

Oh btw, he never did drugs, nor does he like coffee.

 

He started to work out after that. I think he's up to 80 lbs in the bench now.
