If you die and discover there is a God,

Hey, at least I'm going where all the bad women are going when I die (assuming there is a God).. ;))

Not so fond of the torture and flames though. :)

You need to know there is a God way before you die, or your in some serious trouble and I am a devout Christian, and I am offended by the way the cat did this topic.

Well said, my Jedi friend, well said. Let's show those heretics what Christianity is all about, by applying principles of intelligent and rational thought! To arms, my Brothers!

Let's try that again. It seems to me that you're awefully quick to resort to sarcasm, Llyr. Of course, in a mind that small, you have little room to talk. The first person I saw going to arms in this thread was you. The next was your sycophantic friend, Nick.

Um. Back to the original question. (Takin' him a bit too seriously there, Llyr)

Most likely, the first words out of my mouth would be either "Oh, son of a bitch..." or "Pleeease don't send me to hell! I know I wasn't a saint and didn't follow any of your religions, but really now, do I deserve eternal damnation for that?"

Then, after the hellfire consumed me...

Here's a branching question. What would your hell be like?

There are people who think that this world is hell, and we are the damned who've been sent here for transgressions in a previous life. They're probably quite unhappy people.

On meeting God, I would tell him what I thought of him, politely but firmly.

Depends which God he is. If he was the Judaeo Christian God I'd be hellbound anyway so I'd have to sock him as well.
