roshan
Like Fear Factory? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, I listen to a bit of Fear Factory. But they arent really that industrial, just borderline. I think fear factory is more of a nu metal band(another genre that i like) Industrial Metal basically refers to metal with electronics combined. My favourite band is Rammstein. Vashanti
Back in my day, "Industrial" and "Metal" were two different genres of music, and we liked it! There was no rap metal either (unless you count "I'm the Man," by Anthrax). /shakes his walker at the whippersnappers!

Thankfully, industrial metal is more than the sum of its parts.

roshan
True, but this topic is about industrial metal, which is a separate genre.
Dark_Raven
*Spam and nonsense deleted.* Industrial music is an interesting form of music, but not something I listen to frequently. Meshugger
While Fear Factory is considered as a Industrial-metal band(Demanufacture was nice), how about Meshuggah then? They have very odd, polyrythmic beats + 7 string guitars which gives them a "industrial" sound, i guess.
