I hate having to wait and spend money on expansion packs just to be able to have a proper ending to a game. Its like going to the cinema and finding out youll have to buy the Special Edition DVD to be able to see the final 15minutes. So initially Obsidian were thinking that there would be expansions. Also with NWN getting 2 full expansions and now a premium module expansion I couldn Life is like a clam. I can imagine how frustrated he must have been when the project was cancelled. Story elements tend to be ageless anyway so it really wouldnt matter what engine you ran the story on. I have to agree with Volourn. Bioware is pretty much dead now.
