They're not *that* dumb. :D Regardless, it's true that this is likely exaggeration, since every form of media is fundamentally biased and politicized. The fact that Bush making an ass out of himself managed to make itself known through every avenue of media reporting, however, is truly extraordinary. Either we really have an idiot for a President, or the administration really believes that a mask of idiocy will garner votes from the average joe. Though I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that quote from Hitler is indeed what Bush believes in. A Christian's purpose in life is to serve God truthfully and faithfully. If Bush does not believe in what he was doing then he wouldn't have called himself a Christian. However, let's give credit where credit is due. Bush has done the entire world a favor by getting rid of the Taliban and Saddam. As for the civilian casualties caused, I don't think any other country could have done any better than the US.
