Darth Drabek Posted August 24, 2005 Posted August 24, 2005 It's not exactly breaking news that Scott Stapp, former lead singer for Creed, is pathetic. However, this interesting post helps us remember just how pathetic he really is. Link There is a link lower on this guy's blog with pictures. baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Volourn Posted August 24, 2005 Posted August 24, 2005 Seems to me the ones who are pathetic are the ones who think they are so cool to harass someone whose no longer 'in'. A lame story indeed. DWARVES IN PROJECT ETERNITY = VOLOURN HAS PLEDGED $250.

Blarghagh Posted August 24, 2005 Posted August 24, 2005 ...I don't get it. Are we supposed to give a hoot?

Child of Flame Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Actually, that's pretty funny, and I like seeing coporate 'christians' being taken down a notch.
Cantousent Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Yeah, but I still like Creed albums. LoneWolf16 Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Me too. This is a bit sadistic... Blarghagh Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 Hey, I won't judge you. I listen to Nickelback.

A lame story indeed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This guy is getting his 15 minutes of fame for pulling a prank on singer. No, that's not the "coolest" thing in the world - however, I think the most amusing thing about this is the behavior of stars who are used to deferential treatment. I just can't stand the way celebrities get addicted to the spotlight and the adulation. This effect results in crap like the "Surreal Life" on VH1, where people who think they are still important or relevant make one final grasp for public recognition. Hey, I bought "My Own Prison," and I still think it's a good album. They went downhill from there, but Creed's music is irrelevant to the actions of their former singer. baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
Blarghagh Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 I still think it's hilarious they changed their name because they didn't want people to think their music would still be the same. I heard one song and even the singer doesn't sound too different from the old one.
kumquatq3 Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 Hey, I won't judge you. I listen to Nickelback. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm quietly judging both of you "
Azure79 Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 I must be out of the loop. I have no idea who Creed is. I don't know who Nickelback is either. Oh well. Everyone has their ups and downs.
