It seems our pazaak playing scoundrel with a crush on the female Exile did a very bad thing a few years before KOTOR2's setting. Killed a Jedi woman "because he loved her" (according to the interesting dialogue when you convert him to Jedi Sentinel).

 

What should be done to him?

I'm pretty sure that a few mont's as Hanharr's "schutta" would be punishment enough

He should be forced to watch the Star Wars Holiday Special. It is the ultimate punishment.

To punish Atton i would make him read all the threads about what should happen in Kotor 3 followed by fanboy treatises on why Greedo should have shot first in A New Hope.
