Matt Deller
A band by the name of The Bravery is singlehandedly going to save modern rock as we know it. Their latest single, "An Honest Mistake" makes 80's fans like myself want to stand up and weep with joy. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you all dressed up like The Cure <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nah. Eyeliner is so tedious to remove at times. But The Cure does rock.

The Smiths are perhaps my favorite band of all time. One of the highlights of my life was standing on the rail, in the pit, for a Morrissey concert with my girlfriend. (w00t) Having kids might come close to that. Don't know yet. It was truly epic though.
Darth Drabek
Hear, hear! California is a great album, especially the last song "Goodbye Sober Day." Pretty much anything Patton is involved with rocks - Faith No More, Lovage, Tomahawk, Fantomas, ect. I had the good fortune to see Tomahawk live last year. WOW. Patton comes out with these two computerized lectern things with microphones on top. He tweaks the sound on each one to give him either the clear, operatic voice or the creepy, alien voice. He also definitely sang through a gas mask on "God Hates a Coward." While typing that: Corrosion of Conformity - Clean My Wounds The Afghan Whigs - My Enemy baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs
draakh_kimera
Well, I haven't listend to that much of Pattons stuff, but I think Mr. Bungle is cool! Unfortunatley I haven't been able to get ahold of their other albums, but I'm happy with California at the moment, though right now I'm listening to: Pantera (R.I.P. Dime) Cowboys from Hell
Diogo Ribeiro
Arcade Fire - Funeral <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Unfortunately I can't seem to find that album here. I've been searching everywhere and nothing. I'm only going to wait a couple more months and then it's back to mass ordering at Amazon. Anyway, right now it's This Town Needs Guns by They Speak With Strange Accents. But then Krackhead left and so did Klown; Volo and Turnip were banned, Mystake got run out o' town. Bad news on the Front Page, BIOweenia said goodbye in a heated rage.
