to FISH:

Above where u type in reply there is a icon saying IMG(image)

 

you find the pic u want,

right click the pic,

select properties,

copy the text next to the that says location,

click IMG,

paste the location into the IMG tag that opens up, click OK

this inputs text into the reply box,

when you click add reply (if this is done right) the image will show in your post

,

 

if this doesnt help, someone else should give you more comprehensive instructions
