SilverSun Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 "Yes, but TESB left with the cliffhanger, as you said. After playing a game for 40-50 hours and being left with a cliffhanger isn't a smart gamedesign choice IMHO." I would agree.*Thinks*Well unless they have plans to make a 3rd one,but that's neither here nor there. My Point was,the end of Empire had a very down feeling about it. Maybe the big twist is less of a twist and more of a shocker. Like a party member being killed at the end. And the final scene would be the group gathered around the person on a big Bar BQ. Like the end of ROTJ and Ep 1. That would be for the light side. The Dark side has a lot more ways to end things with a "darker" feel to it.

Yes, an ending in the same tone as ROTJ would be really good, excellent idea. SilverSun Posted May 30, 2004 Posted May 30, 2004 "Yes, an ending in the same tone as ROTJ would be really good, excellent idea." Would be interesting, would be a nice touch if who gets killed is based off choices made in the game. If for no other reason then the replay value it would add.

The Situationist Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 I'd also quite like a Plaisir Du Texte-type ending; where something sudden and intensely shocking is injected into a notably comfortable context. If not in KOTOR2 then another game down the road.

The Situationist Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Thou mockest! You know what I mean. Something believable.
EnderAndrew Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 MCA just PM'ed me the plot and it involves Gungan and Ewok mating, lots of it. Well, okay, maybe he didn't.
Child of Flame Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 MCA just PM'ed me the plot and it involves Gungan and Ewok mating, lots of it. Well, okay, maybe he didn't. Damn, he does have a thing for 'dark' stories.

OLD SKOOL WHEELMAN Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 actually it's more like, make it stop! stories, scaring the crap outta you until you stab searing hot ice picks into your eyes, or shove a spoon somewhere to make the pain stop, cause if your going to have to suffer through that much pain, might as well do it to yourself...
EnderAndrew Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Damn, I need to make a mod for KOTOR:2 to incorporate that Gungan/Ewok mating angle now.
hungry Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 ivan you're an evil man. im guessing your signature boy had to go have a good long liedown after those frantic two seconds. he's strangely alluring.
Judge Hades Posted June 1, 2004 Posted June 1, 2004 MCA just PM'ed me the plot and it involves Gungan and Ewok mating, lots of it. Well, okay, maybe he didn't. At least its not Star Wars themed Pornos like "Wookie Woman" and "Empire Mama."

Wierd, he just PMd me a different plot, it's about someone called a Vault Dweller trying to discover the lost light saber that he requires for his father to survive long enough to slice off his arm.
EnderAndrew Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 What do you mean this saber needs a water chip to function properly?
