I'm here because I'm selling these fine leather jackets :).

To stay serious, I'm here because of two main reasons:

- I'm a big fan of rpgs like Baldur's Gate and especially Planescape Torment. It's my all-time favourite altogether with Final Fantasy 7.

- It's my intention to get into the gaming industry in a couple of years (after finishing college resp. "Universit

I came here because I am familiar with the skill in developing games that most of the employees of Obsidian possess, thus I am interested in whatever they are making.

...jus' cuz I feels like a bit o' yesteryear...

...WHO LUVS YA, BABY!!...

A long, long time ago, but I can still remember,
How the Trolling used to make me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance, I could egg on a few Trolls to "dance",
And maybe we'd be happy for a while.
But then Krackhead left and so did Klown;
Volo and Turnip were banned, Mystake got run out o' town.
Bad news on the Front Page,
BIOweenia said goodbye in a heated rage.
I can't remember if I cried
When I heard that TORN was recently fried,
But sadness touched me deep inside,
The day...Black Isle died.

Edit: oh yeah, came for KOTOR2, stayed for the company.

Wow, I've seen some thread necromancy in my day, but 9 1/2 years takes the cake.

Project Eternity is what brought me here.  I stayed because the community is mostly non-a-holes, which is nice.

Had meant to register back when I got KOTOR 2 but was at school and remembered forums was a bad idea with my time management in Uni, heh. But registered when FO:NV was announced.

Wow, it seems like Keyrock has been here longer.  I registered for NWN2 (when it was announced) back in the day, but became a regular after finishing KotOR2.  I remember finishing the game and needing more about the ending, and I found it here.  Then I noticed the NHL thread and it was love at first post.

I'm sorely disappointed. :aiee:

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man

I came here because I thought it was a thread made today. How wrong I was.

I came to these boards because when I actually decided to join a forum, I wanted to join one with people that liked the sort of games I do.

I read that as misery first, was confused by your post as a result.

If I wanted misery, I'd start a romance or multiplayer thread on the Project: Eternity Boards... :p

Sargy does that. He's the only one who remembers where these ancient threads are buried.
