What if you could upgrade Ziplines like you can weapons and armor, with it costing more and more silk rope until it starts taking lint rope?

Hello, not sure if this has already been talked about but I had an idea when it comes to building. I was getting my base ready for the upcoming update and wanted to replace my normal grass walls with sturdy walls. The process of replacing each wall with the risk of destroying a build and loosing materials is getting old. I was just thinking that a feature could be added or looked into where for example if you have a regular grass wall, instead of destroying the wall completely, you could just add a wood stem to it making it a sturdy wall, saving a lot of time. Obviously this wouldn't work with some things but I thought it would make peoples lives a lot easier. Again, not sure if its been talked about but just and idea.

I am a Fig backer and would like to know if there is a way to upgrade your Fig pledge. I've tried looking on the Fig website multiple times but can't find any option to do it. I know there is a slacker backer option available, but from my understanding that is only possible if you haven't pledged yet. I'm mainly looking for options to pay for extra addons of my pledge, like beta test , DLCs, obsidian shirt, cookbook, etc. Is this still possible?

Back when Pillars of Eternity was released on GOG.com there were no upgrade paths to higher tier edition - unlike on Steam. However, we have been promised this: Source: https://www.gog.com/news/release_pillars_of_eternity Well, no such thing was ever introduced. Now there's the new Definitive Edition which includes all extras of the Royal Edition. As I'm a big fan of Obsidian's work and I'm one of those customers who bought one of the lesser editions of the game I would have loved to upgrade to the Royal Edition at some point but we never got those upgrade options. I'm very disappointed that this situation hasn't changed with the new Definitive Edition. Again GOG users cannot upgrade to a better version of the game without buying a full version of the game again. It's pissing some people off over at GOG and I think rightfully so. Obsidian, can you get in touch with GOG staff and work something out? This situation creates more frustration than it should be. Edit: I'm not the only one who feels this way, just take a look at the PoE DE release thread at GOG.com: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/release_pillars_of_eternity_definitive_edition_63164/page1

I'm thinking that it's about time I upgraded my PC a bit. The power, housing, storage are all doing well, so I don't want to have to go through the expense and hassle of migrating to a completely new rig. Plus I can't be bothered with Windows * - especially when MS are squirming over its lack of success. Ignoring budget for the moment, what information do I need to gather in order to intelligently assess the scope for an upgrade? I am assuming it will have something do with the motherboard and slots...
