The Africans cannot as easily as the Europeans gain their wealth. Why? Because the prosper of the Europeans was due to the exploitation of the Africans. We made big bucks of their labour, ground and natural resources. Even if we stopped now, they still have less resources than they used, and the labour isn't as educated as ours. Also the trouble is their HUGE loans, forcing them to spend major parts of the country to make export products to the Western Nations just to pay the rent on it, without ever seeing an end-product of it they can purchase... The only way the Africans could Easily gain wealth is do the European way of exploiting other countries to gain their own wealth, but since Africa is the poorest of the poorest today there is nobody they could exploit, and thus they have to do it the hard way, or not at all...

Meh, it wasn't that bad if it just stayed with $10,- each months, but now you ALSO have to buy expension packs every 3 months or so, and small "Boosterpacks". They even wan't to bring this Boosterpack-bull to other games not MMO, like BF2. We are all doomed

Can completely agree with that. Freelancer is a good game, but after the storyline ends and the "Free Roaming" starts, it loses ALOT of it's magic... Might I point you towards Wing Commander then, also a space game, and also had a great background story (with *gasp* FMV-sequences)... no RPG Pre-gen char without any stats or fighting while "being him"... no RPG And the options ingame is because it is because it is Space Exploration & Exploitation. Go play Elite... it allows ALOT more than Freelancer does, never think you go call it an RPG though, or a Cross-Genre game

Besides the XP stuff you mentioned things you find in every Space Exploration & Exploitation... So that is already part of the "genre"
