Should the UK leave the EU?
My ideal system of government is the same in 2016 as it is in any year. My ideal system of government varies based a geographical location so that's kinda hard to answer. My approach to issues like immigration and gun control would be very different in an Island nation than in a landlocked state, and how I'd structure the government would reflect that.

GD how would you address this type of racism? Watch the video https://www.jacarandafm.com/shows/the-complimentary-breakfast-with-rian-van-heerden/sodwana-bay-guest-house-owner-refuses-apologise-racist-comments/ I'm not GD, but I'll answer anyway. What exactly is the problem? They don't approve of race mixing, so what? Is there more to this story I'm missing?

Should the UK leave the EU?
Yet you seem to be quite dismayed at the thought of a unified European culture growing, expanding and subsuming national identities. Why can't we just let national identity die in peace naturally? That's beyond stupid. The health, productivity and general quality-of-life benefits of love, friendship and "beauty" are very tangible and measurable. Two reasons: 1) It's being replaced by something lower in principle, of which no one is willing defend to the death. It will not satisfy anyone and give rise to real marching right/left-wing parties and another war, which is what i want to avoid for the next generation. 2) The power is centralised if national governments shift their power to Brussels, which will end with continental size warfare unlike anything seen before. Don't fool yourself just because we currently live in relatively peaceful times that it will continue forever if you give up on nations. Both are destructive in the design and i wish to move away from it for a better future. Nation states might erode, but power has to shift to locally with their own laws, hierarchies and armies. That kind of "death" we can all get behind; I would even call it rebirth. As for your quantification of love, friendship and beauty. Oh boy, i pity that mindset. It seems to me that you think their is some kind of spiritual benefit of a nation state.

What You Did Today
Sarex might like this: I went to a local flea market, and a huge owl statue. I thought it looked awesome, but assumed that it'd be really expensive. Nope, it was actually pretty cheap. So, I don't own a car, and I've just bought this huge (and very heavy) owl statue. I'm trying to manually carry this thing back to my house, but it's so freakin' heavy that I can barely lift it at all. I can only hold it for about two seconds before my strength gives out, moving it just a few inches each time. Now I don't live very far, but it took me like an hour and a half to get it to my house. I'm not sure where I'm going to put it ultimately, but that was a hell of a struggle. Probably one of the few times I ever regretted not having a car that I could've just put it in.

US Election 2016, part II
One of the neat benefits of a Trump victory is that not only would we get a better president than Hillary; we'll get a reformed and better democratic party. So in a way, a Trump victory is even a victory for non-SJW democrats. If Hillary wins the democratic party will double-down on all of it's shady BS.

They don't get to leave. The US will remain united until the end of history. I'm just very surprised that it's Texas and not the South lol Certain southern states benefit heavily from federal money, giving far less than they take in.

I wouldn't expect people who even had played it to have every line memorized. I said to amuse myself more than an audience.

Maybe because Stalin was not socialist Lies for the weak. I hereby welcome your opinion, but respectfully disagree with it I was actually just spouting a Halo 2 quote that was on my mind for some reason.

Or it could be the wise and experienced protecting the naive from the folly of youth. Not that I know. I'm no expert on Brexit.

US Election 2016, part II
Rick Tyler is a buffoon. Opposed to interracial marriage, really Tyler? He's no classical liberal, that's for sure. That means he's not committed to restoring America to it's founding principles. So, why would any serious conservative vote for him when he has no regard for America's core values? Obviously he's not trying to court leftists, so what's his angle?

US Election 2016, part II
There are several issues. She wants to continue our interventionist policies abroad. We can no longer afford them, and we are not prepared for the consequences of such policies. We have to stop and stop now. This can't go on. Trump is different in that he's basically a moderate interventionist while Hillary is a straight war hawk with no regard for the well-being of the US. Eh... I'm getting lazy. I'm going to play some video games now. I'll elaborate further later when I'm up to it.

US Election 2016, part II
It's very simple: Hillary is absolutely horrible. Possibly the worst candidate in US history. Trump has some serious flaws, but a lot of good qualities too as opposed to Hillary. If Trump doesn't win; Hillary will. Back in 2008 voting third-party made sense. Between Obama and McCain, who cares who wins? They're the same in all meaningful ways. This time, things are different. Hillary absolutely MUST NOT WIN. I know there was a great deal of idiotic hyperbole in the 2008-2012 elections regarding the election's importance when in fact nothing important was even at stake. So I know what stupid hyperbole is, and this is the truth: America as a nation is completely doomed to a spiral of self-destruction until it becomes a failed state if Hillary wins. This is not exaggeration or my being overly dramatic. We have no future if Trump loses; he MUST WIN.

US Election 2016, part II
That's really not good news. We REALLY need to prevent Hillary from being president. She's actually worse than Obama. This is the last thing we need. Why do you assume Gary Johnson is only pulling votes away from Trump? I mean, Trump has massive unfavorable numbers, but Clinton isn't exactly appealing to all democrats either. Having a visible and viable 3rd party candidate is going to create waves for both candidates. Because the libertarian party is pretty much comprised of right-wingers. People upset with Hillary will go to the green party.
