Gamespot has a gameplay movie and when they highlight that icon the word "aggressive" appears in the menu.

This is based on K1. I have no idea what the 3 people icon is for unless they split the map and party management screens into separate sections.

I think one of the devs said that they combined the separate quest/journal and messages menu into one new menu.
